He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off. First time I ever write a review, Just what an awful experience i had and hope This doesn't happen to any of my fellow truckers Nonetheless I believe this young man could have a profitable business by just being honest and not scamming hard working individuals. I cruised pass at 4:45 and encountered two gentlemen sitting in chairs ready and waiting for me. After checking out my car, Henry at Floyd and Diann's did what Mavis Discount Tires would not and that was offer me a reasonable and affordable solution. Mavis would rather gauge me to the tune of 700.00 and also open a line of credit to knock 50.00 off. Instead I got two tires, one new, one used and a back one that was still in good condition rotated for 160.00. The only downside was they are a cash only business and I had to scramble to find an atm. But the service was friendly, fast and there were chairs on the curb to sit in while you wait.

I also called around and checked a few other quotes and Mavis Tires wanted $59 dollars to mount and balance all four and Meineke wanted $98. So they were more than double the 3 other quotes which is ridiculous. If its not worth their time then they should just say look we do not have time but to just overshoot the price is being a RIP off. Wilkie was the only one that could do it ASAP so I went with them.

They are unprofessional, smoking weed outside in front of customer. And last but certainly not least, they do trash wheel repair work! (See pictures) I specifically asked, if they weld my rim will it throw the wheel balance off, they said no, but it did, as I now have vibration. They ground the lip of my rim down too far, didn't weld clean, nor clean up the welds they did. They even welded a part of the wheel that wasn't cracked. It's like I was the crash test dummy for them to learn to repair wheels, yet they advertise wheel repairs. On top of the trash work, they overcharged me for it and was laughing about it the whole time! That's disrespectful. They took it as a joke and didn't care. OH YEA AND THEY SCRATCHED, DINGED AND NICKED UP MY RIM, PUMPED MY TIRE TO 60PSI and SENT ME ON MY WAY!

Considering the condition that I took my car in, I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! It…read morehad been a long while since my car had been washed, inside or out, and the dirt and grime was apparent all over. We're talking my white paint had started to turn black, the dust inside was caked on, and the car just felt dingy. The way I got my car back though, is a total transformation. All of the dirt had been washed and buffed out of the exterior and a nice fresh coat of wax was applied for a nice smooth polished finish. But the real difference maker was the interior. My dust caked dash and door compartments are now practically sparkling, my floormats, which had previously been stained nearly black are back to their original tan color, and the leather on the seats and consoles seems almost brand new! On top of how great my car looks, working with Harrison was a breeze. He's a super friendly guy and makes the whole process as easy as possible on the customer. Even when it was taking them a bit longer than originally estimated, he texted me to let me know that there would be some delay and gave me an estimated time that I should be able to come pick up my car. Furthermore, you can tell that he's really passionate about his work and cares a lot about each and every car that comes in there. It's easy to imagine that one would care more about the luxury or high-value cars that come in more than others, but I could tell that he cared about my 2002 Toyota just as much as any car that was placed in his care. Lastly, the price. While $185 may sound like a lot of money to spend compared to a standard car wash, the amount of work that is put into the car when you bring it here makes every penny worth it.
