They said that my softener and detergent tray needed to be replaced and that it would take two guys to able to pull the machine out and "put on it side" (?) AND it would take 2-3 hours. "Nikita" , the service rep, then said they would send me an estimate that evening for me to approve. In the meantime, I decided to call Samsung directly to see if this error code required this work. They immediately said they were disturbed that a company would tell me this since all it needed was a calibration AND they could walk me through it over the phone. Simple, and within minutes my washer was up and running. When I got the estimate of over $500 I replied immediately and told them I had called Samsung and that they had fixed the problem over the phone for FREE! I realize people can make mistakes so I asked them to call the next morning and give me a logical explanation as to why they were going to charge me that amount AND replace a part that not only would have been costly BUT the estimate said the part would take 3-4 weeks to get. They never contacted me. "Tyler" is the owner of the company. So...I only gave them one star because a rep did come out and was on time. Beware of this company!!! I will never use them again. It is sad nowadays that homeowners consistently get ripped off by companies like this. I hope I am able to stop someone else from being taken advantage of.

On a follow up call today to inquire about our repair appointment, this creep declined to come out because he states the order never was dispatched to him by the warranty company. I contacted AHSW and the service rep informed me that he cancelled the order because he does not service my brand. So instead of calling me to inform me he does not service my brand, he chose to deny the order was dispatched to him. Telling me the truth would have worked nicely. You need not lie, just be honest. Honesty is so important because it says much about your reputation when you are caught in a lie.

The estimate came in about $3,500.00 lower than the first estimate I received from another company who were equally responsive but use super high pressure and somewhat questionable sales tactics to create urgency. That never works!! Robert offered financing options through Green Sky (no pre-payment penalty) which makes this type of major purchase manageable for most people. The installation crew were David & Alex. Two lovely, professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable young people. They worked ALL DAY in our very disagreeable desert temperatures (it was 108) and went above and beyond to get the job done. I am so grateful and super impressed. Reasonable pricing is important but the people make your company and every person I experienced in this process, including the office associates, is evidence of that.
