No estimate came. Called the office at 9:00 and was told they would have the tech contact me right away. When noon rolled around and no response I called the office again. This time no one answered so I left a message. They obviously received it as shortly thereafter I got a text with some excuses but telling me it was being prepared and he would send it ASAP. Again, received nothing. I effectively wasted an entire day waiting for an estimate that never came. Now I have to start all over again with a different company. They kept stringing me along saying they were contacting the manufacturer and escalating to a supervisor. I called again and they had closed the work order and refused to come back. AHS were going to make me pay again for a second contractor as they said the job was complete. I haven't had a working oven for 5 weeks now. I believe they didn't really know what the problem was and didn't want to send another person around so just closed the case. Disgraceful.
