Found this company today on Yelp couldn't be happier with the service I received seems like the 2 star review from the customer below is completely false. My LG refrigerator stopped working today and i called Rapid very generous dispatcher answered the phone and was able to fit me for this afternoon on the schedule, Alex the technician came out and found the problem was with my temperature sensor getting completely burned out and thankfully Alex had the part in stock and was able to replace it for me. He gave me a great reasonable price for the part/labor and I had a working fridge within 30minutes of him being at my house. I recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repair, I've worked with a few company's in the past and no one provided the service like these guys from customer service to the technical aspect 5 stars all around. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives and will be using them in the future for any appliance repairs. Thank you Alex and Mike you guys saved the day :) read more

I had a great experience with rapid appliance services in desert hot springs, They repaired my Samsung dryer, Lg refrigerator and my Samsung washer. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly diagnose each issue instead of rushing through the job unlike the other company that i used before who was accord appliance they came told me did not know what the problem was and to call someone else and left a mess behind. All three appliances were repaired and working perfectly now. They came explained the problem for each appliance i had and even gave me some tips in the future on what to do with all my appliances. I am extremely happy I came across this appliance company ,I had an issue with my gas LG dryer that suddenly stopped heating , Alex the technician came out same day as a called and was able to fix the unit for me within 20 minutes my dryer was cloggen with dust and dirt, he did maitenance on it cleaned it out and replaced my gas coils and now my unit is working like brand new I am so thrilled I called these guys because I thought I would've had to spend a lot of money on potentially buying a new unit but thankfully Alex saved the day and gave me reasonable price to get it all done very quick. This company is amazing from customer service to the technical side, I had a problem with my lg washer not draining nice gentleman by the name of Mike answered the phone and was able to fit me in same day for the service. Alex the technician who came out super polite and honest advised it was a problem with the drain pump and luckily he had the part on the truck and was able to fix it same day for me. i am very happy and satisfied Alex also gave me some tips on the washer i will definitely be calling them back and recommending them to friends and family. My Subzero refrigerator stopped working today and after a bit of research I found these guys. They arrived on time, diagnosed my problem; long story short they were miraculously able to come by same day and save my refrigerator by servicing the Freon reservoir. They were able to save all of the food in my unit from going bad, I was super happy with the service I received. My LG dryer suddenly stopped working, I got recommended by my buddy about this company, I took his advice called them and happened to come across this gentleman on the phone Mike, he was able to fit me in the same day and the technician who came out found a problem with the gas coils and a lot of lint inside which he explained is a fire hazard, he replaced the gas coils and cleaned out my dryer and now the dryer is working like new again. My Maytag washer started leaking over the weekend and most places were closed, luckily I was able to find this company who was available to come out same day and diagnose it. Turns out my water valve was completely worn out and the guy who came out (alex) happened to have this part on his truck for my particular model, he was able to get it fixed the same day and hour he came out. The caretaker of my second home in Desert Hot Springs has an issue, constant issue with the burdensome Dacor oven, which is an expensive piece of appliance!! I almost regret buying it, but Mike helped me with an appointment, albeit a 4 hour time frame which I didn't like too much, but his tech got the job done in 3 hours!! Constant testing and checking, but at least now all the burners work and I hope to God this was the last issue I have with the damn thing! read more

My LG stackable washer and dryer was the worst thing to happen to me. Both somehow began to give me crap after 2 solid years of use... ALEX was promptly on time and the poor guy was moving and fixing them himself, refused my help, and spent almost 3 hours at the house before coming back out with a few parts and it turns out the dryer needed replacing. I wasn't impressed with the repair price, but at least my SubZero is actually back up and running. It wasn't cooling for the weirdest reason and I finally decided to call someone - their guy Misha came through for me big time.
