We called Quick & Easy to come and repair our washing machine, icemaker and microwave. Konstantin showed up on time and quickly repaired the washer. He took a look at the ice maker and knew the problem almost immediately. A new part was ordered. The microwave display was not functioning correctly and we had another company come out twice before and couldn't get it working although they changed out several parts. Konstantin ordered the part according to the part number but when it arrived it did not match. Part number was correct but part was different. He did some quick researching, ordered another part that looks exactly like the defective part but with a different number and now works perfectly! Konstantin had a situation and found a solution! In response to the owner's reply to my review 9/11/26: First, you did not contact me--I contacted you at 3:30 p.m., 90 minutes after the scheduled service window had passed. At that point, your office was unaware that the technician was running late and even mentioned that they were unable to locate him. I was then told he could arrive within another 30-45 minutes. I explained that the property owners would be returning by then and had an event scheduled, so the additional delay would not work. I therefore canceled the appointment. At no point during that conversation was a discount or waived service fee offered. Second, the offer to come later that evening with a 5% discount was made only AFTER I posted this review. Unfortunately, that gives me the impression that addressing the review became a greater priority than addressing the original service issue. Lastly, I completely understand that delays happen. I work in the service industry myself. The issue wasn't simply that the technician was late--it was the lack of communication. Your team did not make a reasonable effort to notify me of the delay or accommodate the situation once I contacted you. And yes, the oven was repaired by another company the following day. They arrived on time, completed the repair, and I'll be using that service for our properties moving forward. read more

My dishwasher stopped working, so I called Quick n Easy for help. Serge came the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem: pump had died! He found the replacement part and told me that he could order it and replace it in a few days. He told right there how much the total cost would be, which was better than a new dishwasher! Five days later, Serge was back with the new pump and had the dishwasher running again in less than an hour. He was also able to figure out what had caused the problem in the first place, and fixed that so it would not happen again. Serge is very good at what he does, and by fixing what caused the issue in the first place, he went beyond just putting in a new pump. Search is a great repair technician! He was polite and respectful. He not only fixed the display on our oven, but he also diagnosed and replaced the problem with our beverage center. Update to my review on 07/23/26, after finally getting a call back they made an appointment for the same day. Andrew was on time and quickly did a check on the icemaker and reset it. He said to wait to see if it made ice, it did for one day and stopped again. So I called a few days later and they set me up for the next day. Well before he came the night before the ice machine started working. Don't know why but I figured I would let him check it again. Andrew again was on time and he diagnostic on it and it looked good. What a scam. He came out for 3 mins. and said my washer needed a new motor. He quote me $300.00 for motor $200 for putting it in. Than charged me $75.00 My handy man came over and really look at the washer and said it was the pump and charged me $180.00 for motor and labor!!!! I have only used Quick N Easy once. My initial experience was great. i had a washing machine that stopped working mid-cycle. I actually found the recommendation for Quick N Easy on a local Facebook page. I quickly looked up some Yelp reviews and then felt comfortable calling to request the repair. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and welcoming. She ordered a technician to come out to access my issue within just a few hours! I was shocked that they didn't say that I would have to wait days for availability. Konstantin was my repair technician. He was friendly and extremely thorough. He found my problem and even did some additional cleaning. He found old coins and keys that looked like they had been excavated from the Titanic! Konstantin had to order my new part and he returned a few days later to install. So friendly and eager to do the job right. And I feel like the pricing was fair. I was authorized to go out of network by my home warranty and was in panic mode trying to get someone out. (Easter weekend, expecting a handful of guests and our fridge broke) I spoke with Bella and the staff at Quick N Easy and they were able to pencil in an appt for me while I dealt with trying to get our home warranty to assign them. I was given a 5-7 window and this is maybe the first time ever of a company on time (I feel like usually a 2 hour window is already unheard of but they showed up on the early side which was great) Adam got straight to work and called me in to tell me he was done. Serge from Quick N easy came out 1/13 to look at our broken Kitchenaid ice maker in our winter rental in Rancho Mirage. My husband just had knee surgery, and the freezer in this rental isn't working either, so we needed the ice maker fixed pronto. Serge knew what the issue was and ordered the parts after our landlord approved the repair. Parts and Serge arrived 1/19 and ice maker was fixed! Very pleased with efficiency, politeness and speed. His English isn't 100% by his own admission, but I had no trouble understanding, and the company responds quickly via YELP or by phone. Recommended for fast fix in a pinch!
