Update to my review on 07/23/26, after finally getting a call back they made an appointment for the same day. Andrew was on time and quickly did a check on the icemaker and reset it. He said to wait to see if it made ice, it did for one day and stopped again. So I called a few days later and they set me up for the next day. Well before he came the night before the ice machine started working. Don't know why but I figured I would let him check it again. Andrew again was on time and he diagnostic on it and it looked good. I have only used Quick N Easy once. My initial experience was great. i had a washing machine that stopped working mid-cycle. I actually found the recommendation for Quick N Easy on a local Facebook page. I quickly looked up some Yelp reviews and then felt comfortable calling to request the repair. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and welcoming. She ordered a technician to come out to access my issue within just a few hours! I was shocked that they didn't say that I would have to wait days for availability. Konstantin was my repair technician. He was friendly and extremely thorough. He found my problem and even did some additional cleaning. He found old coins and keys that looked like they had been excavated from the Titanic! Konstantin had to order my new part and he returned a few days later to install. So friendly and eager to do the job right. And I feel like the pricing was fair. I was authorized to go out of network by my home warranty and was in panic mode trying to get someone out. (Easter weekend, expecting a handful of guests and our fridge broke) I spoke with Bella and the staff at Quick N Easy and they were able to pencil in an appt for me while I dealt with trying to get our home warranty to assign them. I was given a 5-7 window and this is maybe the first time ever of a company on time (I feel like usually a 2 hour window is already unheard of but they showed up on the early side which was great) Adam got straight to work and called me in to tell me he was done. Serge from Quick N easy came out 1/13 to look at our broken Kitchenaid ice maker in our winter rental in Rancho Mirage. My husband just had knee surgery, and the freezer in this rental isn't working either, so we needed the ice maker fixed pronto. Serge knew what the issue was and ordered the parts after our landlord approved the repair. Parts and Serge arrived 1/19 and ice maker was fixed! Very pleased with efficiency, politeness and speed. His English isn't 100% by his own admission, but I had no trouble understanding, and the company responds quickly via YELP or by phone. Recommended for fast fix in a pinch! My experience with Quick n' Easy Appliance service was excellent. My Maytag gas dryer was no longer starting and I needed service over the weekend. They were able to get me an appointment early on Saturday with Andrew the service tech. Andrew was great. He called ahead to let me know that he was in route, when he arrived he introduced himself, he was friendly and professional. He was quickly able to diagnose the issues, I gave him the ok, then he was able to quickly replace the faulty parts and repair my Maytag dryer. They provided a one year warranty on parts and labor.
