I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience here tonight, specifically with a…read morestaff member named Tino. I was here playing in my APA league and we also got a practice table. At around 10pm a waitlist started to form, Tino came over to take our table away. We politely offered to just pay the regular hourly rate to keep it. He asked how many of us there were. When we said two, he visibly scoffed, acted like that wasn't enough, and told us we would have to pay the rate for four people if we wanted to keep the table. Then, he just took the table away from us anyway. Worse, when I was complaining to my teammates, he started yelling at me, complaining that we had the table for three hours, that his employee hadn't had lunch yet, and that we needed to give it up and get back on the waitlist. His entire attitude was aggressive, and he tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for simply playing on a table we had legitimately secured. Later, when the league ended around 11pm, the double standard became painfully obvious. Tino came over specifically to shut down our league table, even though several other teams were still practicing on theirs. He completely ignored everyone else and specifically targeted us. I have been playing pool for nearly 20 years, currently shooting as an APA level 7, with a FargoRate of 568, and I know proper pool hall etiquette. I have never been kicked off a table, singled out, or spoken to this way by staff anywhere. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Final words to 946: if you don't want the league to interrupt your business, just don't host it. If you choose to host it, treat the players nicely, as we are customers too.

The vibes are relaxed, there are plenty of pool tables, great service and everything is well-maintained, no warped tables or damaged sticks, which is honestly huge. Tables are a good size, there's plenty of space even with a group, and it's easy to settle in for a while. They also have a full bar and food, which makes it a solid go to for a casual night out. Definitely a fun place to bring a few people and just enjoy the night.

They have blacked out windows which could freak out some people, but there's nothing to freak out about. Staff is nice and customers tend to keep to themselves. I love seeing how there seem to be a good number of regulars because people seem to know each other there. Front desk is at the very back next to the bar and restrooms. They have a bar so you can eat and drink while playing pool. Each time we've gone lately, we haven't had to wait too long for a table. We've gone on off peak times and it was great. Service is great. Nachos are gigantic for just us two, but we made a good dent in it. They definitely hit the spot. We'll definitely be back.

There are many pool tables and I'm not sure how busy it gets on a Fri/Sat, but there's never an issue with waiting when coming during funemployed times. They also have tournaments, and I made the mistake of not calling or checking before driving 40 minutes to play pool here. They seemed to have a lot of open tables though so I wish they had let us play anyway :( There is also easy parking in the lot, and lots of food nearby. There's also someone who sits at the door every time I come, but isn't wearing a security guard fit or anything also, and I have no idea what they're doing but if someone finds out who they are and what they're doing please let me know haha it's such a big mystery to me.

We stood there clueless to what's going on. Finally, after she walks past us to drop off a drink to a customer she asks us if we wanted a table. There's no customer service, no smile or a greeting. We got a table and played. They do play really loud Mexican music so it was hard to carry a conversation. My husband ordered a soda while getting a table and the worker just dropped off a can. No straw, napkin or a cup of ice. This place didn't impress me and they didn't even honor their Sunday special which they advertise at their establishment.
