Why would they only give someone 90 ft.² when they paid for 100 ft.²? That is not how you do business. I thought I was more than 90 ft.² short and could not get a hold of the manager. She answered the phone one time and after that no one was available to help me. I had to drive almost an hour to pick up the rest of the veneer because my workers had to finish that day. To top it off they blamed my workers for not counting the stone. Why do I need to count the stone when they should be giving me the right amount? They didn't lay out the stone, they just threw it all in a box. My workers had to be at my house for almost 2 extra hours because they didn't give me the right amount. My worker also mentioned that they're usually short when he gets product from there. How does that make any sense? Cheats, that's what they are. I went and got samples and used their bathroom. Next trip I spent $1000 and they wouldn't let me use their bathroom. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, please take your money elsewhere!! They did end up giving me my extra 10 ft.² but the experience the worst!:/

The bolts were too short. Ian helped me find them and they were a bit thick when I tried to use them. Returned and I may have forgotten to mention they were Japanese. Ian got me the metric bolt with the proper length and they worked great. Ian was friendly and so helpful. About three weeks ago, I ordered two loads of concrete. The first load arrived as expected, was pumped without any issues, and everything went smoothly. As we were nearing the end of the first load, I ordered an additional partial load along with a washout/cleanup. The second truck arrived about 40 minutes later. The moment we began pumping, the line immediately clogged. After numerous attempts to clear the blockage, we removed several large chunks of hardened concrete from the pump. These chunks were clearly a different color than the concrete we had been pouring, indicating they were not from my original load. After repeated attempts to get the concrete flowing, the pump operator had to stop. He told me he could not continue because the debris was damaging his pump. The truck driver commented that they may have "overweighted the gravel ratio," and regarding the hardened chunks simply said, "That happens sometimes... sorry about that." I immediately contacted dispatch to report the problem. To make matters worse, I was charged over $80 in waiting time while we struggled with a load that could not be pumped. The driver also contacted dispatch, and I was told the waiting charge would be refunded. I also requested a refund for the unusable concrete because I was unable to complete my project. Unfortunately, some of the defective concrete had already been placed before the pumping stopped. That section is visibly a different color, and it now appears that part of the slab will need to be removed and replaced. For the past three weeks, I've been given repeated promises that someone would call me back, but no one ever did unless I called again myself. Today, I was finally told that, according to them, "there was nothing wrong with the load." That response is difficult to understand considering: Large hardened chunks were removed from the pump. The chunks were visibly a different color than the delivered concrete. The truck driver acknowledged there were issues with the load. The defective concrete left me with a slab that now requires additional demolition and replacement. I'm sharing this only so others can be aware of my experience. If you're ordering concrete from Folsom Ready-Mix, I recommend inspecting the load carefully before placement and documenting everything with photos and videos if something doesn't seem right.
