In two weeks I Called to check on the status and was told it was my carburetor and it's a $156 to repair it and the spark plug. I Asked about the warranty coverage on the spark plug? They said they were waiting on Ryobi. Two weeks later I called and they say Still no answer from Ryobi? Two more weeks and still no answer from Ryobi!?! According to Sierra Saw. I called Ryobi who stated Sierra Saw NEVER submitted a single warranty claim for the spark plug. SURPRISE! After 6 weeks they charged me $25 and never submitted a SINGLE warranty claim. $25 for doing NOTHING! NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS! I used them before this for a Husqvarna chainsaw service.
