She also claimed to have refunded the money but won't provide proof so I can provide to the credit card company who says they didn't get the refund. Also note, I discovered that the mattress I received, which was advertised as organic and was supposedly made by Sage Sleep, was actually made by another company, Sleeping Pure, and is NOT organic. The ONLY thing organic on it is the mattress cover. Per the label: 30% Natural Latex 10% Wool 50% Coil Spring Unit 10% Organic Cotton At this point, I am filing a complain with the California Attorney General as this woman should not be allowed to own and operate a business in this state. Her claims are fraudulent and her business dealings are the same. Funny thing is that I could have bought from any of the major manufacturers who also offered guarantees, but I wanted to support a small, woman owned business. What a mistake! I will definitely think twice before I make a large purchase from another small business owner.
