Be careful! If they damage your vehicle, A&A does not take responsibility and blames the damage on…read moreyou even when they drop almost 2 tons of rock on your vehicle. Bottom line, A & A loaded the bed of my truck in correctly. The forklift driver dropped it on the tailgate after the driver placed a large rock underneath (because the pallet was stuck on the forks). This caused the tailgate to bend, be bowed, and become unserviceable. After notifying the company, I had to make several trips to Newcastle and Rocklin and they related that 3,500 pounds dropped on a tailgate is not enough to damage a tailgate and therefore they would not fix the tailgate. They stated, "there is a difference of opinion" and made me feel as if I was a liar who was scamming them. Additionally, this decision was reached only after several hours of my time involving travel, time on phone, and three weeks after being notified.
