A & A Donuts is a popular local donut shop. A few folks were ahead of me when I arrived. By the time, I left there were even more people waiting to be helped. My first time here so I bought my usual Boston Creme donut. Also purchased a Buttermilk Bar. The Boston Creme donut was a good one with a perfect amount of custard inside. I hate it when there is not enough custard inside a Boston Creme donut. Buttermilk Bar was fine too. Now I know that whenever I'm in the area craving a donut, I can stop by A & A Donuts to satisfy my craving. That is unless they are closed early because they sold out of donuts.

I'm a donut fanatic and I've been to a lot of donut shops. I mean HUNDREDS and this is the best donut shop in the world IMO. They never miss! I discovered this place because I was working in the area and so now I go WAY out of my way just to come here and grab a donut in the morning. Also the women that work here are precious angels. 10/10 establishment. read more

Look no further! This is the best donut place in OC, hands down!! The quality of the donuts is unmatched. We moved to the area a year and a half ago and it's by far the best donut spot around. With big name donut shops recently opening nearby, they just don't hold a candle to A&A. The team is always so nice and welcoming with a smile! We love A&A donuts! read more

Oh my...I've been coming here for 20 plus years and can't believe I never reviewed them. This is one of those local donut shops that prides themselves on great customer service, a smile and tasty donuts. Personally, I love their croissants especially the Ham & Cheese. It's my go to when I need breakfast on the run. Their donuts are great and the ladies are fantastic with great attitude. With Dunkin and Krispy Kreme now in the area, I'm glad I'm supporting local business. I'll be back. read more

I give them 2 stars because of the ladies are very friendly and nice but when it comes to donuts they are only a few selection. I came around 9:00 am and there was only 8 donuts and they were not making anymore. Seriously, at 9:00 am and that's it for the day. You closed at 1 pm, you still have 4 hours to go. What a joke!!!!! read more

They get five stars for constantly having such great donuts & very fair prices. While this is the closest donut shop to my home that is not the main reason why I come. I continue to come to this spot because it is a family run shop that has exactly what I want. My favorites are the chocolate iced cake with sprinkles, the cinnamon roll, and the old fashioned glaze. My Grandpa really loves the bear claw. My typical order is under $2. Since I'm spending more time at home I decided to get a full box which came to $8. When you look at the size of some of the donuts I think you'll agree that they have good prices. But, I have to be honest about my disappointment that during Covid 19 they don't seem to be encouraging customers to keep their distance from each other. When I arrived and saw that someone was inside I tried waiting outside until they were done. That's just not how it's being done at the moment. read more

I love A&A donuts. They are so friendly and the customer service is very good! I live close by and there are always cars in the parking lot and a line of people (regulars) that go. They remember your order! I placed a large order the day before and they had it ready and waiting. It was packaged so well with tons of napkins. The donuts taste good too, the donut is soft and moist and the chocolate twist and bars are my favorite! I also have had their croissants and they'll warm it up for you too. So good! Go check them out you won't be disappointed! read more

This place has some of the best, if not the best donuts that our family and friends have had. They offer exceptional customer service with a smile. Some of our favorites are Apple fritters. Maple bar, Bavarian creme filled, bear Claws and buttermilk donuts. You can't go wrong with any of their donuts or also the ham and cheese croissants. I enjoy their coffee. I always drove by this place and never knew it open. The reason why it always look closed is because whatever they make and the sells out, they close. So they close fast. Well, one Saturday I walked in and got 6 donuts for like $4. Dirt cheap prices. So I thought the donuts must not taste good, but the taste and freshness was unbelievable. I have to say it was the best donuts ever! Great service and the care of how they placed into the box. Favorites: lemon powder, bear claw, and all of them. I just made it that easy. I have tried so many different shops but these donuts will always be the most delicious and freshest. This place is open almost all day and I've never had donut that was stale. My favorite are the classic chocolate bar or white cake This is the sort of place that has regulars and employees that remember you for years. I went in the other day after a year or so; and the woman at the counter was excited to see me. She immediately started asking about my family members. I will patronize this place forever.

It's a donut shop like any other, with limited seating indoors and outdoors, but this place opens late late so even if I'm craving a hot sandwich after hours I know I can drive here and expect the same quality.

Even my husband who never liked apple fritters his whole life changed his mind when he tried a piece that was 3 days old (trick if you heat it in the air fryer at 350 degrees for a 3-5 minutes it tastes just as good as new; the crispy caramelized edges are to die for). They put in just the right amount of apple so that it's subtle and doesn't overwhelm the fritter.

And the service seems to be pretty amazing as I wrote down the types of donuts I would like and not like so when I got the box, it was pretty spot on.
