we live around the block from the bagelry and were excited to finally try! the place is so cute and vibe is there. we went around 1ish, no line and were in and out in under 15 minutes after ordering 4 bagels and a iced coffee. honestly not bad! keep in mind they are doing the bagels right in front of you!! the works bagel is so delicious i seriously recommend gives what your eating more flavor! jalapeño cheddar bagel i wish had more cheese and jalapeno:( kinda tasted like a regular bagel but nonetheless still good! costumer service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I stopped in on my way to work on a Wednesday at about 7:00am. I walked right in, there wasn't a line. I ordered the B3 with sausage on the works (everything) bagel. My bagel was served hot and fresh. I was impressed by how flavorful the works bagel was. It made for the perfect breakfast bagel sandwich. This is going to be my new go-to spot for a bagel fix! They have the most delicious bagels, they are soft, flavorful and BIG! I enjoyed the sesame bagel with cream cheese. They put the PERFECT amount of cream cheese on it. Most places barely give you enough, they give you the perfect amount. I also had one of their homemade Banana nut muffins! Those were chefs kiss too! It was chewy and slightly crispy on the outside and warm, soft and moist on the inside. Absolute perfection! Had high hopes cause it was a good location and parking is easy. There is no restroom. Who serves coffee and juices without a bathroom? Day 2 of soft opening and it didn't go great. I'm giving grace because of this; however, I will accurately rate on quality and customer service. They were friendly and willing to assist, but they definitely need to work on accuracy and organization. They got our order messed up 3 times and we never got our drinks so we had to ask for a refund. The bagels were ok. I've had better at La Habra Bagelry and New York Bagels in Whittier. Bacon had a funny taste and the cheese was not melted and hard. It was extremely busy, so there was a definite wait to order and get food. Tables and chairs were cute. Soft opening but I had to try. Bagels are my thing lately and I'm excited about this in a shopping center near me. I ordered a B1 which is a simple bagel w/ egg. I wanted to try egg bagel, the guy just said we are out of that one and had this puzzled look on his face. Lol! I wondered if they make more during the day, but I didn't ask . It was 10:00 but they do open at 5:30 a.m. It is a soft opening so lots of learning going in. The girls behind the counter very nice. The menu has lunch items which look great, definitely be back for that. I did witness them making a salmon bagel and they were generous with it. My sandwich was delicious. Bagel was soft and light. I brought it home because I add pickle, sometimes my own salsa. The inside has decent seating and I like the clean fresh look. Looking forward to returning soon. read more

Sunday morning visit! Seen this spot that opened about a month ago and decided to try it. Walked it to the sound of everyone talking and hearing the many people behind the counter. They have a variety of choices on the menu and a small variety of bagel choices as well. They also offer coffee choices (basic choices) some smoothie choices and juices to choose from. They also sell individual spreads (small amount in the containers. And sliced fruit bowls in the fridge. We ordered and the cashier had the audacity to allow a customer to cut in front of us as we were to order. I believe he was instructed by a small female behind him. That was just rude customer service. The cashier also wasn't helpful when ordering. Nobody was, I asked for a certain sauce in my bagel sandwich and they gave me a tiny tiny amount on the side. The bagel I order was a turkey with added bacon and the sauce on an onion bagel. The bagel was ok, the sandwich was alright but not great. I feel like the bagel could have been softer and not so dry. I did try a sample of their special house coffee and it was not good. That coffee was not smooth. I really wanted to like this place, but the service was so off putting. Normally I love giving places a second chance to try other things on the menu but this just isn't going to be one of them. read more

I went to pick up my order on my way home, and I was beyond disappointed. I ordered a vanilla iced latte for myself and a vanilla iced coffee for my daughter. Of course, I tasted both because of the "mom tax," and they tasted exactly the same. I was disappointed. As a mom, I need my latte to be strong, and instead, I received what tasted like plain old coffee. It's not too much to ask to receive what I paid for and what I was expecting. I never even saw the workers touch the espresso machine. Additionally, the employees making the food were wearing gloves, but they were still grabbing items that their ungloved hands had previously touched. As someone who has worked with food before, I know this is not proper food-handling procedure. It makes me question whether the workers are following other food safety guidelines as well. Overall, it was a bad experience. The drinks were not what I ordered and tasted just okay, but the questionable cleanliness and food-handling practices pushed me over the edge. I personally will not be returning, and I highly encourage others to be cautious until these issues are addressed. read more

Ordered 2 bagels and 2 coffees. It took 30 minutes to get my order. They made our coffees 1st, but sat on the counter until our bagles were done. By the time we got the food, my bagel wasn't warm. Not going back because they didn't even taste good. Does anybody know how to make good bagels anymore? This shop is currently in their soft opening phase which I knew going in however I never expected I would wait 40 minutes for one bagel. I ordered a Works bagel with cream and avocado and while waiting they managed to mess up on 2 other people's orders which ultimately pushed my order further back. I did have to ask if they had begun working on my order after waiting in silence for 30 minutes and I still waited another 10 after that to finally get my order. The bagel itself was pretty salty, I've had better at NY bagels in Whittier. read more

I was very excited to visit this new location because the closest to me would be Long Beach. I went in the staff seemed very helpful and friendly I was only going to order a few bagels when I was told I ONLY get 30% off if I get a dozen. I thought the sign said any and all purchases 30% off but I didn't argue because well I thought I had read the sign outside wrong, so I just said okay and added a few more to my order so I could try other flavors. I add cream cheese to my order get to the register and my total comes out to $19.04. I pay and leave and when I get home I notice I wasn't given a receipt and the price of the bagels + cream cheese seemed slightly off. I calculate it 19.99 + 6.50 =26.49 -30% should of been $18.54 so where is the extra .50 I'm being charged coming from ? It can't be taxes. I could only imagine that they charged me .50 more for a box and didn't tell me and there sign does say 30% off any and all purchases so I didn't have to buy the full dozen like the staff told me . I am giving this location a 2 star while I am happy to help a local shop I do not like being taken advantage of or lied to or not being told I'm being charged for something and not being told what I'm being charged for (like a box) read more
