Do not go to this salon unless you want to get ripped off. I asked twice how much a 15 minute hand and 15 minute foot massage would be. The woman said $30, which would be $1 per minute. I repeated that and she said yes, $30 for 30 minutes. When it came time to pay they charged me $60 for 30 minutes. When I asked them about this they said it was $30 for 15 minutes. And it didn't stop there. They then overcharged by $40 for my daughter's nails even though their prices were listed in the store. I double checked prices for the nail services on their website as well and they overcharged us. They are CROOKS! read more

I love Kelly! She's quick and considerate. I'm very sensitive to the dremmel, I always flinch when she grinds down the acrylic so she takes her time to not hurt my cuticles. If you want your nails done like something you saved from Pinterest she's up front and honest if she doesn't have the exact colors. I've gotten my nails done with her several times already and once even I said "surprise me, you know what I like" and of course I loved what I got afterwards :) Only down side to this place is there's so many walk ins they can't honor and exact appointment time so the wait can be long sometimes, nail techs will have to jump back and forth between customers. Also, there's no standard protocol so if you want a full manicure, cut cuticles etc. you should say so as soon as you start. I love this salon. I go to lucy for my eye lashes and Tom for my pedicures. They are both amazing! I only have five stars because sometimes the owners too pushy and it's annoying. If I say no once that means no and I don't like when I'm asked the same thing again after I already said no. After bookmarking this place labeled "To-Try", I went yesterday with a friend to give my nails some sweet, well-deserved loving. She was quick, efficient, and did her job well. The reason I docked one star, was because you have to be REALLY assertive to get your point across. Honestly, I just wanted a solid purple colored gel nail. No glitz or glam. But when she started doing my nails, I figured what they hell they look pretty. Then, my friend wanted her nails to be short and rounded, but she had to keep insisting and eventually, had to file them down herself, at home, to get them to be the shape she wanted them to be. So, overall, they did a good job with the nails - not exactly what I wanted but I'm not complaining. My tip would be to take a picture of what you want to show Lynn. This is a much overdue review for A&A. I have been coming to this salon for years and never go anywhere else. Lynn and her staff always do a fabulous job! Whether I'm getting a mani/pedi before my Vegas trip or just going in for a spa day, my nails look beautiful every time :) I recently went into A&A after a long day at work, exhausted and burnt out. The guy doing my pedicure picked up on my exhaustion and massaged my legs longer than usual. HEAVEN! I told Lynn I was going to Vegas and she went to town on my nails! I've been coming to A&A nail salon for years and every time I'm always impressed with their work. I think what makes A&A nail salon unbeatable is their price is a lot cheaper than other salons, but the quality is still good. I usually always get the gel manicure and regular pedicure combo for $55. My toes stay on forever, and my gel manicure coat always last for over 3 weeks which amazes me because I'm pretty rough with my nails. There is a minor language barrier, but I don't mind as they seem very quick at their job. For the pedicure they give you a minor foot massage, try their best to get rid of the dead skin on your feet, and give you a leg scrub before working on and painting your toenails. They also have massage chairs for the pedicures, but in my opinion the massage chairs hurt my back rather than relax it. For all my manicures I've never gotten a hand massage as they immediately start buffing and working/painting on my nails once I sit down. There are times that I've come with an appointment and I'm seen right away, but there are also times when I have waited over 40 minutes because they were so busy. I can say the same for the times that I have done walk-ins as well, so be prepared to wait regardless. They are pretty quick if there is no wait time though! You can do street metered parking or park in the lots behind the building. My only minor grievance is I wish they had better ventilation as the smell of all the nail chemicals are a little strong for me. Overall I would recommend this place as the price and the work they do makes it worth it and all the ladies are really nice! read more

This shop is very clean, organized and they provide great service. They seem more hip to current trends than the other shops in the vicinity as well. I had to minus a star because my friend and I made an appointment specifically for Lyn and when we got there she wasn't there, the workers sId she wasn't feeling good. But when I was practically done with my nails she came in and started to work, we were kind if disappointed. But the other lady, I think her name is niki, is really good too. But they do a good job, this was my second time coming. First time was for my birthday and I got a pedicure and manicure (gel & extensions). I got to pick out a design from one of the Japanese magazines. And they made it exactly like the picture! And that only came out to be around $80 with the nails and pedi. The best part is that they lasted a long time too, over a month they stayed on my nails, but I never got the filled like I should've. This time I had a design that I found on Instagram that I really liked, and since Lyn wasn't there niki did my nails and she did my friends nails too. She is pretty precise and so it was more accurate to the pictures we showed her. This was my friends first time getting the extensions and even though they didn't have the exact bows from the picture they made do with what they had, and it came out pretty nice! They have many different types of accessories you can put on your nails. Better yet, you can even bring in your own accessory & ask them to use it on the nails. I brought in a little diamond shaped piece & the lady put it on for me. I loved it! They offer various nail designs: classic, simple, dramatic, most popular, whatever you ask for, they'll do for you! haha. Seriously though, you'll go home with lovely Instagram/tumblr worthy nails. Their pedicure is soooooo damn gooood. It feels so nice, like a little massage! Kinda tickles, hehe. The best part about this is that, they're so inexpensive. My go-to place for pedicures! I LOVE how they remodeled the salon! It's beautiful and it fits more chairs for pedis. Their prices are absolutely unbeatable, which is awesome because their quality is actually quite decent! I am a pretty active girl (beach, gym, hiking, etc) and yet my pedis last me about 5-6 weeks. Normally I need a new pedi because my nails grow out, as opposed to the polish coming off. Even just the basic pedicure allows to sit in a massage chair, have your feet scrubbed, legs rubbed with lotion, and a polish! Love love love it! Even my boyfriend enjoys it and gets pedis with me hahaha Very minor things for one star missing: -difficult to find parking (unless you wanna pay) -language barrier sometimes Be sure to check them out! The worst nail salon experience!!!DONT go there! I made an appointment before I went there, but then I still needed to wait for an hour. They kept taking a new customers even they know that those customers going to wait for hours. After I get my nails done, she asked me to wash my hands. After I washed my hands, I was going back to my seat but it ALREADY taken from another customer my purse was still there!!! The staff just toke my purse away. All of the above is not the worse. The WORSE is when you give them your Debit card they added $10 tips on your card without telling you! So I paid her $10 cash tips on top of that. I recently bought nails from there and a younger girl served me and asked what type of nails I wanted, I showed her the size and color and she didn't do either of these, nails came out too long and the color wasn't the light pink I wanted, but I decided not to say anything, but about 2 days after getting the nails done, the glue seeped out and was showing, it looked terrible and very unprofessional, not well done at all, the lady used way too much glue and I had to get the nails removed and clean up the glue off me, i wish I could rate lower than 1 star, my real nails are now slightly damaged from you putting too much glue read more

The sat us right away but there was only one nail tech working on each of us so she was going back and forth, which was a little weird. The tech who put my extensions on made them a lot longer than I like, even after I asked her to make them shorter.
