I found this store after looking through my maps and decided to give it a try after looking at both positive and negative reviews. The price for my repair had me sold. Everyone has their own opinion but I wouldn't put too much stock into complaints about the two day wait. My tablet did take two days but only because he didn't have the screen he needed in stock at the time. Personally I don't mind a two day max wait if the job is being done right which it was. I got my tablet back looking brand new plus he provides a 90 day warranty in case you feel something is working right. So there's nothing to lose in trying. Honest guy, great service, great price…read more My laptop crashed after a nasty virus and I didn't get a chance to back up my files. I thought I would never recover my files b/c I couldn't get my laptop to start up after multiple attempts. I went Best Buy geek squad first, and they quoted me a ridiculous amount of money just for a diagnostic and then another ridiculous amount for data recovery. And they said data recovery wasn't even a guarantee, but I would still have to pay for the diagnostic. It was a rip off, considering I could just buy a brand new laptop with the amt of money they were charging me...and all I wanted was my lost data.
