This place unlawfully towed my car. No authorization from police or security of the lot. Were not parked overnight or in an illegal spot. They didn't have answers. They treated us poorly. I said its not even hooked up yet..."well i have my equipment out" and then he proceeds to finish locking the front wheels and then trying to lift it on the rig. I can't believe I am giving this place 5 stars considering they charged me $236 dollars to tow and hold my car for about 9 hours... But I must say, they actually did a good job... Oh, and the towing was my fault! I parked in a laundry-mat parking lot over night knowing full well that it wasn't EXACTLY legal to stay there over night... But I mean come on, the lot is always empty and parking is a bear around my neighborhood! I had parked there before so I took a chance... Expensive mistake indeed... Anyway when I woke up and noticed it was gone, I read the sign, got the towing company #, called them around 7 a.m., the guy picked up and said they had it and I could have it back any time after 8:00 a.m. I showed up at 8:10 a.m., was greeted, showed my licence (side note, your need a valid registration or proof of insurance proving its your car to get it back), and he showed me the car in the garage. He took me back up front, made me sign their charge form (FORM ATTACHED AS A PHOTO), and charged me $236... YIKES! But again I knew it was my fault, and needed to pay for it... Service was fast, my car wasn't damaged, they answered the phone early in the morning... All-in-all it was simple and they were helpful. Another side note: check the photo attached for a list of all the charges they can nick you for... Charges include a hook up charge, storage, dolly, go jack (what ever that is), after hours release, special fee's and lien fee... Be careful what time it is when you go pick it up and try to get it out ASAP so the storage fee doesn't go up! read more

Professional Service. Even with a smile as we were refunded. We actually got our car towed by them, and it shouldn't have been. After a few phone calls, and employment verfication, they agreed that our car was legally parked where it was. We were promptly refunded our money. He was clean, the truck was clean, they offered me coffee, and they were very careful with my car, they caused no damage to my vehicle and they were very careful. I called this business to price the cost of having my car towed. My car was less than one mile from their location and the dealership was one mile away from me. Everything seemed okay and I was quoted a price. The price was $75 which seemed fair, but I wanted to call around to see if I could get a better offer. I told the receptionist that I was going to call around which seemed to bother her. She said well if you call around my driver may not be available to you. I respectfully said okay, I understand. So after a few calls, just about everyone else had a cheaper price but since A&A was closer, I decided to call them back. A short man with glasses, who is in the process of towing my car, will not answer questions that I have and begins to work faster, pushing me out of the way so he can attach cables to my car. I assume this is because he makes money off each car he tows? I ask them, what I have to do to get my car off their tow truck. The short man says "Call the number, call the number", pointing at the number on the side of his tow truck. But then, he proceeds to get OUT of the tow truck he is in, and reattach my car to a DIFFERENT tow truck with a DIFFERENT number on the side. It was not only my car that they were towing. This man had already towed the whole parking lot. There were 4 other people next to me who were calling the number to get their cars back. Could not drive my car any further so I spent close to 40 minutes calling places that were closed for the holidays or directed me to call someone else because of how busy they were. You guys, this towing company is the best I've ever had the pleasure of calling at 1am on a Saturday (technically Sunday, I guess). I'm a wedding planner (yes, like J-Lo) and after striking my event and sending everyone off with a smile I realized that my keys were absolutely nowhere to be found. Must have locked them in my trunk again. Or so I thought... So I get on the Google and search tow truck. A & A answers the call and sends me an angel named Bravo. He showed up in 20 mins and helped me into my car. And after all that... No keys to be found. Someone at the wedding must've taken them thinking they were someone else's!! Two days later I checked my bank statement and found out they double charged me so I call them and get blamed for "getting charged Wednesday and barely checking the statement Friday". I called LBPD to have them tow the vehicle but they said they were unable to because it is on private property and I would need to contact another tow yard. They also charged 347$. Even though I had called them before they even got my truck to there lot. They charge led a storage fee of a day even though they never stored it in there storage lot. Was told over the phone to give them a second (which I patiently waited over 12 minutes on the phone without hearing a response) only to find out that they hung up on me. I called back again to ask if they were gonna do the tow for me or if I should call another company. They took the Information of the call and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Not to mention the person was very aggressive during the phone call. Update: they never showed up or called me like they said they would. All I would ask for a company is to be honest with a client instead of lying to them saying you will do a job and never show up. I live in a townhouse which means the complex is governed by the HOA management. A&A is the towing company that my HOA uses. On 18Sep2021, I parked my car in front of my garage while I was inside the garage cleaning. I went upstairs to wash my hands in order to move my car back inside my garage. However, when I came back down, my car was already hooked. I tired explaining to Delta that I have to be notified by my HOA either verbally or written notice to "initiate tow" ( straight from the HOA rules and and regulations), he still didn't listen. PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. This is a very strange outfit. The unprofessionalism exhibited by this place was extreme. There was a weird vibe from the beginning and after dealing with one gentleman a few different times just over the phone, I could clearly understand why they have so many very bad reviews. Something can be done about businesses like this one. If people would "STOP" choosing them for the services they offer, they would be forced to improve if they wanted to stay in business. If you're considering contracting this company, please consider this. My husband and I made a purchase at Rite-Aid on Cherry/Broadway, walked outside and decided to go directly across the street (and I mean *directly*) to check out a restaurant (not dine there). But to be safe, we placed our receipt on the dashboard of the car JUST IN CASE somebody happened to come by because we were aware of the towing rules and knew we wouldn't be gone long at all. We came back to Rite-Aid to pick up drinks before we headed home, and our car was gone. We called the towing company as posted on the Rite-Aid parking lot signs and let them know that they erroneously took our car, and they replied that we had "10 minutes to come and get it". My husband was naturally pissed and said that they would be paying for any damage that's done to the car, and she stated "we aren't f*cking paying for sh*t". We aren't familiar with the area and let them know that that 10 minutes wasn't going to work, but still tried to get their address to make the attempt. The woman hurriedly stated it, and when we asked to repeat it she hung up on us. Called back, hung up on us. Called again, hung up on us. We don't know where we are, we're not from this area and I had only been in the area once before. We have 10 minutes to track down a taxi, hope he knows where the tow lot is, and drive us there. Rite-Aid employees closed their doors as we asked for help and smiled like they didn't know what we were talking about. The towing company says they won't release any cars after midnight - I'm sorry, but if you want to operate a towing business that's 24 hours, you better release the cars you take in erroneously at ANY hour - especially to a PAYING customer. I'm not saying that I won't be refunded, because unfortunately now a civil suit will ensue. But I would have paid to get the car out right away, except that they wouldn't allow it. I won't be shopping at this Rite-Aid again - If they want to associate themselves with a company like this, their customers should know that shopping there for any period over 30 minutes makes their car eligible to be towed. Disgusting. Update: Picked up the car and the person helping us was very nice and apologized for his sister's unprofessionalism. I hope she gets what's coming to her.
