As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.

Time and date he's supposed to be back, he calls and tells me to take a video of the issue - says it's not a good use of his time to drive all the way out to my house, and then to sit & watch my washer for another 40 minutes. Sold him a new heating element for just over going rate, but hey, keep in local. The element was not the problem. They sent out a service guy, who know the make and model and age of range. Well, this will shock you. The range is too old for parts. Did not see that coming. So almost $100 later, and would gave back 50% of the heating element, we both learned a lesson. So far going out to a customers house for less then 5 minutes, seriously, less then 5 minutes only to say, "its too old to get parts, check ebay" and then charging almost $100 for service call, NO THANKS.
