When I ordered this set, I needed it delivered on the delivery date they said. I ordered on 8/31 and it said '2 day delivery, will be delivered on 9/2/26'. I even got tracking updates that the shipment was on its way, followed up by a 'delivered' status on 9/2. But I never received the shipment on 9/2, so I tracked the shipment on 9/3. When I used the tracking number, all UPS's site could tell me was that the label was printed, 'sorry for the delay in shipping', and an unknown date it will actually be shipped. I called customer service and they could not tell me when it would actually be shipped, but that it could be 5 business days from the order date before it ships. Since the delivery date was unknown and nobody could tell me a definitive delivery date, I went and purchased another patio set that was delivered same day. I needed a patio set asap as I was planning a family get together and need the patio set to seat everybody, otherwise I would have had to cancel. When I went online to return the patio set that has not been delivered yet, they charged me $200 for return shipping labels because the patio set was 'not defective' and I had simply 'changed my mind'. Customer service had zero empathy for the reasons I was returning this product and refused to offer any kind of credit for this inconvenience. As soon as I walked into the handbag department, she was helping someone else but immediately said hello and that if I needed any help please let her know and that she'd be right with me. So great that I had to say thank you and let her know how this visit was the total opposite from the last. A far cry from two ladies looking at me, not acknowledging me and continuing on with their personal conversation. I also experienced two other employees-one in jewelry and the other in mens and they were also very kind and helpful. The gentleman was even alert and standing waiting to help someone. Very much appreciated. Plus, they had lots of sales items as well as new selections.

I was shopping for school supplies for multiple children--definitely not a small task--and Ray stepped in right when I needed help. He took his time walking me through the aisles, helping me locate everything on my list (and even reminded me of an item I had completely forgotten I needed!). What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was--never once did he seem rushed or irritated, even with all my questions and back-and-forth. It's rare these days to come across this level of customer service. Ray's kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my day, and I truly appreciate it. He's a great example of what excellent service looks like!

Overall, the store itself can sometimes feel disorganized but they do have great deals on plates, cutlery, decorations, furniture and clothes! Lots of variety that changes up quite frequently.

The fitting rooms were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Most of the locks didn't work. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but the overall condition of the store today was really unacceptable. The cashiers were very friendly, which was the one positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for a while. Hopefully, management can get things back in order because this used to be one of my favorite Ross stores.
