At first, we thought Patrick was an amazing mechanic that really helped people. As time went out, we felt taken advantage of. A car would go to him multiple times for the same issue, without resolving it. We would receive a call that our car was ready, pull up to find we owed thousands of dollars. Several times I would have to ask for a quote before any work was performed, with that request being completely ignored most of the time. Our relationship finally ended after paying Patrick to fix an issue, we had to pay him and tow the car away to another mechanic due to his faulty fix. His wife has called to yell at me while I was sitting in Napa trying to figure out how to get a warranty part (that PNR had to replace) to another mechanic. I finally had to tell them to quit harassing us. We filed a complaint with Maryland's Consumer Protection division, complete with photos, text records, phone records, and quotes. PNR's response to this complaint was to call us liars, denying the validity of their text messages in the photographs. I'm saddened to see a relationship, which we thought was amazing, end in such turmoil. While I wish I could support a family run local business, I'm deeply disappointed by the immoral, unethical, unprofessional actions of Patrick and his wife Renee. (Red flags should have popped up when they were down to one mechanic in the shop.) PNR is a very small town mechanic, filled with some town drama and turmoil, unable to maintain a professional front. We intend to proceed in taking them to small claims court, and will update this review when we do. PNR is a fantastic place to take your car for everyday repairs (brakes, tires, etc.) but you will be robbing yourself if you take it there for any complex diagnosis. Stick with a reputable mechanic.

The owner of business took it for a drive and destroyed my car. It was Totaled. 3 car collision the shop owners fault. She plowed/rear ended the car in front of her . which hit the car in front of her. .....NO INSURANCE.... Won judgement in court...Still no payment.......The site here lists Steve Downs as owner, when in fact its Lori Morgan.I have a judgement against the shop and owners personal property. The sheriff listed equipment for sale at SHERIFFS SALE then retracted because the claim she doesnt own it. Steve owns the equipment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

(I had to reverse into a garage, and she gave me a "thumbs up".) A third employee performed the inspection. He was efficient. Despite failing three parts of the inspection, the members of this location were helpful. A fourth member attempted to fix a failed part of my vehicle.
