He communicated with me via text throughout the entire process: booking, delivery, and pickup, which I appreciated because I never had to wonder what was going on. The tables and chairs were exactly what I expected: clean, functional, and showing only normal wear and tear. No surprises, no damaged items, no last-minute headaches. Delivery and pickup both occurred within the stated timeframes, which made event planning one less thing to worry about. Sometimes you don't need anything fancy. You just need someone to show up when they say they will, provide what was promised, and make the process easy. That's exactly what happened here. I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. The party was at a local park in Alameda, and Jump Jump & Away was one of the park's preferred vendors since they have insurance paperwork on file. After checking their website, and Yelp of course, we felt comfortable renting from them. The entire process was seamless. The instructions were very clear. For parks, you must also rent a generator. There was also a travel fee of $80 to Alameda (but this may differ based on location). They texted me the day before to confirm their arrival time. You must be there when they arrive so you can sign the contract. They arrived right on time, and the entire setup took about 15 minutes. You must also wait for them to arrive for pick up since you don't want to leave the bounce house unattended. They were prompt with pick up as well. The bounce house was the hit of the party. We got the 13x13 and it was plenty big for at least 8-10 kids in there. It was sturdy and in good condition. Rules are no shoes or food in the bounce house. Overall, a well-run, efficient, and reliable company. Would rent from them again.
