We were faced with a difficult situation when my husband's pickup truck wouldn't start. Big problem if you're parked in a multi level garage and a large tow truck cannot fit into entrance to tow it out for service. After several calls to different companies, I was referred to Green's, a company that we' were familiar with from past experiences. I went to get my window fixed, Brad was very helpful from the beginning, helped me figure out how to fix another problem I had with my car, all to figure out that his effort was just because of the window lock on my car and not an actual problem. My car was unsafe to drive and needed a tow. Called AAA and they sent us someone from Green's. The woman on the phone, Cindy, helped us coordinate the pick up. She called and kept us informed the whole way through while awaiting the driver. The driver himself was VERY nice. Not to mention he had sweet art work done on his toe vehicle. Artwork aside, I am very pleased with the service. The tow driver knew I was on a tight schedule with a sleeping newborn in the car and made everything as quick as possible, offered to leave the receipt in my broken down vehicle so I could leave and get my little one home. read more

My truck completely shut off as I pulled into a parking space. I called road side assistance through my insurance company. To make a long story short: I waited for seven hours before I was able to get a tow. It was surprising to me because I never waited that long. The driver arrived to pick my car up in a timely manner, and explained everything pretty clearly. He then stood and talked to the police officer about claiming the deer I hit. I worked through insurance and wanted my car taken to a different body shop closer to my house. Green's would not release my car without my permission. Giving my permission over the phone was not good enough, I needed to further inconvenience myself by tracking down someone with a fax machine so I could fax a written authorization to them. Over two hours later my car still was not moved to my body shop. The woman on the phone offered no apology for the delay, just gave me attitude stating that they were very busy and at the time they got my authorization, they suddenly became more busy. I also couldn't believe how much they charged to pick my car up, take it to their lot, then take it to Reisterstown. I can understand $200, or MAYBE $300, but to charge $510 is absolutely insane! Apparently, I'm in the wrong line of work. I hope I never have to have my car towed again, but if I do, I certainly will not call Green's. read more

WOW...unbelievable! Needed a tow truck to stand a tractor that was laying on it's side upright. Didn't have to tow the tractor to any other place other than the farm we were on...took 1 hour and they charged $450.00...REALLY??? Driver was very rude and a know it all! PLEASE...if you don't mind being ripped off..call Green's, otherwise...CALL SOMEONE ELSE! read more

My son hit a median with his car, we had it towed by Green's towing. We were going to get an estimate for the repair, that was several days ago.No one knows anything, and when you call, they give you excuses and claim that they will call you back, with no intention of doing so.... i really dont know how they stay in business read more

My brakes went out in my truck today so I called AAA. They sent out a rollback from Green's. I believe the gentleman's name was Mike & he was wonderful! I had my two year old with me so he brought the extended cab to make sure the car seat would fit. He was great with getting the truck up & getting us going to my mechanic. I grew up as a tow truck driver's daughter so I already have a lot of respect for that industry & I have to say, this was a very pleasant experience even though it was a bad situation! I was involved in an accident in Spring Grove where my car hydroplaned up over a curb and up an embankment. The damage sustained was all on the driver side of my car which was two bent rims, two popped tires, both driver side control arms were bent, and some plastic undercarriage stuff was broken off. Nothing too serious. I called AAA and they called Green's garage to tow my car from Spring Grove to my house in Hanover. The tow truck driver got there in a reasonable amount of time and seemed very nice. When he tried to put my car on the truck, he almost drove it off the side of the bed. He then followed me and my mom back to my house and when he took the car off of the truck, he ripped my back bumper off, not seeming like he cared. He gave me a business card and told me to ask for Bobby. When I called, I was told Bobby no longer works there and that I was to talk to Larry. The ladies that answered the phones were not very friendly. Larry told me that he would come up and look at it over the weekend. He did not show. He blew me off three other times and then my mom and her boyfriend got in it. He eventually came up to look at the damage. He was very disrespectful and very mean. He is now saying that he will not pay for the damage because he believes it happened during the accident. All of the damage from the accident occurred on the driver side of my car. The bumper is pulled off from the passenger side. On top of that, my mom has a picture of my car after the accident before it was put on the truck. If i ever have to have my car towed again and I am told that it will be Green's garage, I will say no thank you and push my car home. read more
