We are now 6 weeks out and I have sewage backing up in my basement. Warranty expired at 30 days. They want to charge me to do it again. I have my drain cleared once a year and have no issues in between. These guys won't stand behind their work after 44 days. I'll pay to have it done again, I just won't pay these guys. If you want it done right, don't use McCarthy Plumbing.

Unfortunately, they could not remove the clog and had to return the next day with a ladder to access the roof vent. Within 10 minutes, the vent was cleared, and the clogged drain was flowing.
