Went to visit the shop and was presented with two options for my team order. I selected, placed my order and indicated when I needed to pick them up. My order was not confirmed until I called back nor was it what I actually ordered! I was not contacted to see if the replacement I was ultimately given was acceptable, which it was not. His comment to me was,"Well, I didn't charge you extra for the height". Unacceptable. But my team needed them that night and I was stuck. I drove over an hour (that's how important this was to me) and visited to see their work and bring a sample of the bottle to work off of. Meeting was great and work I saw was beautiful- I was sold! But, he said he would be leaving in a week and I would be in good hands. WRONG! The woman who took over was horrible- no design input, insensitive to the subject matter and just looked to find reasons to upcharge for every little thing even though I had discussed everything with the original man I signed on with. I finally had enough and just pulled the order. A waste of time and effort- huge disappointment for such a promising place. Do better.
