Yesterday while sitting in church the sermon was how we as a country has become very judgmental based on superficial things that our eyes may see when our minds and hearts are closed. I see examples of this type of needless actions daily by the way people treat one another. Another example is witnessing this type of actions through reading reviews that do not tell the whole story resulting in harming the small business owners that are the backbone and how this country became as great as it is! With that said, I thought back to when I was asked to have 100plus dinner plates engraved honoring our Chairman of the Board that passed on, I had a very difficult time having an engraving company able to due the task within the timberline that I was given. That was until I found ENGRAVE YOUR GIFT located in New Britain CT. You see the engraving on the dinner plate didn't only need to be engraved with a statement including dates but they also needed to have the bust of the person that we were honoring also engraved on the plate! When meeting the owner I found him to be very professional, pleasant and more than willing to complete this task. With the different thickness of the plate he needed to create a program in order to engrave the plates. Needless to say, his work was unbelievable!! He worked hard on the project and never gave up with his priority being customer satisfaction and perfection with the results! My reviews keeps getting flagged by yelp and a Whiney person named Shane. Shane is trying to destroy this mans business. Engrave your gifts Is a business done out of a residential garage. as a military veteran my next advise will be to take legal action agaist Shane for slander and harrrasment. Shane likes to recruit his friends to try to push out the completion with likes and favorable responses.Engrave Your Gifts was very professional. The level of work was something you'd expect out of a multi-million dollar complex . He engraved two rifles for me. They came out better than I could of imagined. He was very meticulous in setting up each engraving. I simply just sent him the art work I wanted engraved in a PDF format and he quickly converted it, did the math for the set up, and before I knew it I had two beautiful rifles to present as gifts. The price is very reasonable,( I was there for about 3 hours, I live a ways away so I just stayed at the shop) to get my job done and he charged me around $62 dollars. I feel for the quality of his work and professionalism this is almost a steal. I just wish I cold post a picture to the review because it does more to describe his level of work than any words can. I was referred to Damien at Engrave Your Gift by another local business owner for a unique project that was just completed. The last step of this project was to properly identify and engrave the Federally approved device in a timely manner. I called Damien and described the nature of my project which he confidently affirmed his familiarity with and ability to help me. Because of the sensitive nature of my project it was agreed that he could easily complete the task while I waited, great!!! Upon arriving at the Engrave Your Gift site I was pleased with the appearance and professional equipment that was set up in this gentleman's home based location. Damien was very familiar with the specifications that were required by Federal Law. In about 40 minutes time I was out the door! I departed very satisfied with my experience; delighted that he charged me only a third of what I expected to pay; impressed by his equipment and knowledge of his profession and very happy with the appearance of my project. His work reflected every bit of professionalism in the various projects that he has displayed on his website. I am happy to refer him to friends and other business contacts. Damian is an artist. When my Grandad passed away we wanted to pay a tribute to him at the burial service. Grandad was a scotch lover and instead of everyone having a shot of his favorite scotch, we really wanted to make it special and memorable for everyone. Damian helped us chose the best shape shot glasses for our design and helped us pick out an elegant font. The end result brought many years of love to everyone. Not only was it so pretty but the quality is so well done. Often times companies will use a sticker material but Damian etches right into the glass so you know it'll never fade or disappear. During such a sad time Damian was able to create a beautiful tribute for our Grandfather and I am forever grateful of his services. I highly recommend using him. I just want to share my engraving experience with those who are looking for someone to give them a professional product. I wanted to get my sterling bracelet engraved and to have it done professionally. I went to Engrave Your Gift and found the owner to be very nice. He was very meticulous in setting up the bracelet for the engraving process. My bracelet is oval in shape which meant that it was more difficult to engrave it. I was very impressed with the final result. The engraver polished my bracelet to a high luster and I am very satisfied with the final product. I watched the entire process of setup to test engraving, to final engraving. It is an interesting process. I will be back to have my other bracelet engraved as well as my Littman 3200 stethoscope. This guy works out of his garage but I was very impressed with his customer service. I went all around trying to find someone that would help me out with engraving some items for my Cub Scouts and no one would help me. I contacted him and he said he could help me and when I showed up to drop them off to pick them up tomorrow he said if I wait he will have it done for me in 30 minutes. Yes, he was right. Brought the items in to his laser and he did some laser shots on my item with a protective coating on it and I got exactly what I wanted and then he shot without the protective coating and it came out perfect. His price was extremely reasonable too. I liked the personal touch and was surprised to have what I needed in 30 minutes. Great Job! read more

Found this place online through youtube video's and decided to give them a shot. I could not believe how quick of response I got, customer service was amazing. I had tons of gifts that I wanted to have them customize and each time I have dealt with them has been great. They have gone above and beyond customer service, Each time I had something finished by them they would call me to make sure everything went well. Don't know what ShaneG's motive is, bashing this guy but.....I found him on an internet search, I needed my dogs dog tags engraved they were chrome plated and he took them in and did 4 of them for me in about a couple hours and did a great job at a reasonable price. The guy seems to have top of the line equipment. And Yes.... he is working out of his house but who cares? that's probably why his prices are reasonable. And like the positive review guy stated he calls to make sure you're happy with his work. Also he has examples of his work in his office for you to see before he does your stuff. I needed a gift of many personally engraved drinking glasses to be done within 24 hours to meet an anniversary date. I needed some sterling silver charms engraved rather quickly and inexpensively. I did not want to pay $40 each at a mall kiosk, so I bought the charms blank off of ebay and set out to find a place that I could bring my engraving to. I was happy to find this shop... the owner listened to what I needed and did a marvelous job...and very quickly. I ended up getting all five charms purchased and engraved for the cost of what one would have been at the kiosk. Had a wonderful experience. Was recommended by a friend who has some firearms engraved. The shop is run out of a residence but the owner was very professional, knowledgable and polite. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to see the equipment and see what was going to be done before it was permanently engraved.
