In this time of…read moreCovid-19, Mike Rousch came to our house, practicing social distancing and avoiding leaving any trace of virus on any surface, while he did a thorough job of sizing up what replacement furnace we needed. He listened carefully to our needs and desires and came up him an excellence solution for our situation. Mike and his helper did an excellent job or installing our new 95+% efficient furnace. We have been using it for three weeks now, through cold weather and hot weather (only in Minnesota could you have that!). It heats well and cools well with a much more even temperature throughout the house than our old furnace provided, while being much quieter. And financially! Furnace Pro's total price was less than all the competitive prices we got, even those bidding 80% efficient furnaces. As a small business, Furnace Pro's back-office operations do not match the performance of big business companies. But, if you work with them, they are easy to work with and you get everything right in the end. And keep in mind, with rebates from multiple utilities involved, there is some office work to be done.
