He listened carefully to our needs and desires and came up him an excellence solution for our situation. Mike and his helper did an excellent job or installing our new 95+% efficient furnace. We have been using it for three weeks now, through cold weather and hot weather (only in Minnesota could you have that!). It heats well and cools well with a much more even temperature throughout the house than our old furnace provided, while being much quieter. And financially! Furnace Pro's total price was less than all the competitive prices we got, even those bidding 80% efficient furnaces. As a small business, Furnace Pro's back-office operations do not match the performance of big business companies.
