Wow. I never thought I would be so impressed with carpet cleaning. Maybe it's because the other vendors I've used in the past have been underwhelming, but I suspect it has more to do with Stephanie being so amazing. We have some crap carpets that we're just trying to keep in place until our two young boys stop destroying everything we own. It's not bad carpet, it's just replaceable. Anyhow, we moved in about a year ago, and hadn't had the carpets cleaned since. A puppy and a 4 and 6 year old can do some major damage in a years time, and damnit, they did. I'm 100% glad I did. I was shocked when I saw how good our carpets looked when Stephanie was done with them. Shocked. They looked better than they did when we moved in. I couldn't believe it, and it still amazes me every time I walk up the stairs and see them - it's such a huge difference. The only bummer about this whole thing is now that the carpets look so good, I'm hesitant to replace them. And I really want some new carpet, but I'm going to have a hard time replacing something that looks brand new. First I would like to say this was a very friendly visit, but after inspecting the work I noticed my baseboard was all scratch up where the hose had came around the corner into my bedroom, the other company I had used in the past put a plastic piece so that wouldn't happen, also the loveseat wasn't moved either so the carpet wasn't cleaned under that or in that corner of the room, also I had checked with a black light previously and saw urine stains from a pet and they still appeared after the cleaning, I was also charged for deodorizer which I could never smell it and my house smelled really musky after the cleaning unlike another company that I had used before that left the carpet smelling nice and clean. read more
