Jimmy did a fabulous job on cleaning my stained and gross travertine bathroom (floor and shower). I had been wanting this done since buying a luxury condo downtown, but it took a while to find someone qualified and trustworthy. I got several quotes, and there was a few cheaper but each one of them failed upon questioning and were clearly low bids with the intention of charging more for things Jimmy just included up front. One example was sealing in which Jimmy had even specified the product to be used (commercial grade, and not cheap). All in all, the price wound of not only reasonable, but by being all-inclusive, wound up being the lowest. Don't forget to ask questions! Instead of focusing on an up-sell, Jimmy cleaned a number of things definitely not specified For example, the toilet and tub deep cleaned, the countertop cleaned and sealed. blah blah.
