Good variety of donuts. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because at 9 am, there were no fresh donuts being made. Maybe that's typical of a donut shop - I don't know. I just think that before say, 11 am, you should still be making the donuts as people come in. I was actually planning to get doughnuts from another shop, but they were closed. I searched on Yelp for another shop that was close, and this one got great reviews. The ladies behind the counter were very kind and patient while I was picking out my doughnuts. I ordered a variety of flavors, but thine only ones I personally tasted were a S'mores and a raspberry cronut. Both were delicious! Great flavor and texture! The lady that waited on me gave me a bag of doughnut holes complimentary. I'm not sure if they do this for everyone who orders a certain amount or not, but I really appreciated it. Such yummy donuts and nice employees! I stopped by while in Fort Worth and have no regrets picking this place. Sadly, I arrived a bit late on a Saturday morning and they did not have all the cute and unique donuts on the Yelp page I was looking forward to but will definitely come back if I'm in the area for some. I ordered the regular glazed donuts, chocolate sprinkled donut holes, and some kolanches. All the donuts were perfectly soft yet had the cushiony feeling in every bite. The kolanches were huge and the bread so chewy and sweet, I loved every bite of it. Place was typical size of a donut place and very nice and clean. The employee was also really nice and gave me two free donuts despite me coming in 14 minutes before closing and were cleaning up. Highly recommend! read more

The best ever. The donuts and pastries are simple yet so amazing! I had a wide variety of different donuts (glazed, chocolate, red velvet) and I couldn't pick a favorite! All of them are exceptionally delicious and I won't be finding another place like this ANY time soon. The pig in the blanket is phenomenal and the breading is to die for. Everything is handmade in the morning so everything is warm and fresh! We came in about an hour before they closed, went in for 4 donuts and we came out with 12 donuts and a bunch of munchkins for the price of only 4 donuts. Customer service was above excellent and to top it off the donuts were phenomenal! Highly recommend! read more

I think I just completely forget that stores and eateries are located on this street. I'm so used to going down Camp Bowie I just ignore this little strip. Shame on me because I have been missing out on a donut shop open 7 days a week that also sells Korean pastries. They make their sausage rolls with milk instead of water and claim they taste better this way. Honestly I couldn't tell a difference, but I'm no sausage roll connoisseur. I really liked the green tea frosted donuts and the beef Korean pastry. The cake donuts are a bit to heavy here. We came late in the day and they had a bare bones selection left. I came here for two dozen doughnuts for some hungry nurses and they were amazing! The man that runs the shop was ridiculously nice and quickly put together two boxes of assorted doughnuts. He gave me a free glazed doughnut (warm!) to try as I waited and it was amazing. He then got them all boxed and gave me the total and then sent me off with another free doughnut that was shaped like a cinnamon roll and tasted like heaven. They also have a fridge of drinks if you want milk, OJ, water, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a doughnut hookup!! read more

How is it possible that I didn't discover this place until now? Don't go too late because on my first visit, I didn't get there until close to noon and many items were sold out already. On my second visit, I made sure that I was there by 9am and was able to try quite a few of their delicious items. It's hard to come up with a favorite. The jalapeños sausage roll was delicious. The bread was soft and the sausage had just the right amount of spiciness to it. The unglazed donuts are amazing! You can easily finish one in a few bites. I also loved their spinach flaky pastries and a bread with hamburger meat inside. This will definitely be one of my favorite breakfast places! A&H donuts are my all time favorite from anywhere in the US. The frosting is delicious and flavorful while their donuts are perfectly fried and airy. This is one of a handful of places I miss in Fort Worth since I moved to Austin and haven't found anywhere that even comes close. If you want a donut hole that is going to melt on your tongue, A&H Donut is your place! This is the best donut place in our area and they have a variety of donuts to choose from. They have classic donuts, cake donuts, fancy donuts, and of course sausage biscuits and pig in the blankets (which by the way are really good). A&H is pretty decent. Nothing to write home about, but nothing really bad about it either. Just another neighborhood donut shop with some good eats. The bacon and sausage croissant rolls were a little disappointing. The bacon itself didn't have much flavor and the croissant could use some help. But, their apple fritter was pretty good. I wouldn't say this is the best donut shop in the area, but it's certainly a good pick if you live close by! read more
