I made an appointment with Rene and dropped off the car on a Monday morning at 8:30 AM... Within two hours he had called me and diagnosed all three problems with an exact estimate. I was traveling on Business and he agreed to keep the car for the entire five days until I returned. I picked up the car and everything was fixed. I was very happy. However, after an inspection of all four pads and rotors, I was told all pads 90% and rotors had a little dust, but everything was good. Charged a low fee of $25 for an hour of work.
