I got up this morning, couldn't find my car key so I used a spare. The car went 'click' followed by nothing. I found the regular key and the motor was trying to turn but nothing. I report the symptoms to AAA and they tell me that the car needs to be towed. Now I'm in a realm that I know nothing about. The tow truck arrives and sprinting out of the truck with a smile on his face is Joshua. He listened to me, I didn't pick up on a condescending attitude and he took me seriously. I tell him the symptoms in addition to the perfect readout I get from my Vyncs. I get the keys, Josh gets his battery checker thingie and after a few minutes, states that 'there is power there.' I turn off the engine, discuss options with Josh before he decides to try the key himself. After the third try, the car started. He turned it off, turned it on... perfect every time. He suggested it might be a fuel filter and I'll definitely get that checked out. For now, all I can say, is that Josh was a guardian angel! Thank you, Josh! read more

Imagine waiting 15 hours for a tow truck to rescue you from a flat tire. Well that is what happened and it was horrible. My car insurance/roadside assistance and 2 other tow truck companies left me stranded until Seminole Towing saved the day. This was after numerous phone calls and broken promises from other companies. After my roadside assistance finally set me up with the right company, I got a call from the Seminole Towing owner/manager to reassure me they would follow through. I explained my situation and she eased my concerns. They gave me an ETA but they showed up about 30 min early! This was such a relief! They guy was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. We were on our way to our destination in a matter of minutes. I cannot thank them enough! If you ever need a tow truck, please don't hesitate to call this place first or request them from your roadside assistance carrier. Do not waste your time with Shamrock Towing or Towing America as these companies do not care about their customers enough to deliver the best possible service. read more

12/29/22, I was stuck! at grocery store, curb side pick up and car wouldn't start back up. Ohhhh, the frustration! Called 3 companies, each told me it would be a little over an hour before they could get to me. Luckily, Seminole towing said they could be there in about 1/2 hr! YESSSSS :) Mike arrived shortly after and was a God send. We chatted for a minute about what the car was doing... he asked pulled out a charged and said "Toyota's ALWAYS start"., and in another minute.. my baby was purring like a kitten. Extremely rude woman on phone today at 3:30 PM. I called to get a vehicle towed from our business lot that was blocking our entrance. (We have older people come here who have problems getting in and out our lot and this broken down car was blocking the entrance.) so I called this company to have the vehicle towed - after about 20 minutes the owner came and moved the car on the road instead of our driveway - So I called Seminole Towing to ensure their driver didn't come out anyways for nothing.. to save their time and resources and to do the right thing inform them and not waste their time. The woman on the phone replies "I KNOW, I HAD GEICO CALL ME. THEY WERE USING OUR SERVICE, SO I ALREADY KNOW THIS." I said oh alright, well I had no way to know that their insurance called the same towing place as me... I was just calling to save your drivers time... she replies "YEAH WELL I ALREADY KNEW THIS SO BYE." and hangs up on me. What a rude woman , unprofessional and should not be on a phone job. I was given the runaround and kept handing for over 3 hours by another tow company that my roadside carrier had assigned. After hours of excuses, my tow was reassigned to Seminole Towing and their driver was there in less than 30 minutes. I had been so frustrated and stressed out after 3 hours, but their prompt response and the sympathetic driver made me feel a million times better. About 6:10 AM yesterday (08 January 2019) I was leaving work when my car would not start. This was after a 12 hour shift at the emergency department. I called Roadside Assistance and they sent Cliff from Seminole Towing & Recovery to help me. Steer Clear!!! Rude, miserable, nasty and unprofessional women!!! We where in need of a tow so I contacted our roadside provider (Progressive) they dispatched Seminole Towing . It was going to be awhile before they could get there which I was aware of and didn't have any issues with other than it was dark and getting cold so I called Progressive to see if getting an Uber would be an issues she said it wouldn't be. I then went to the text message sent to me with Seminole Towing's number/info and thought I should reach out to and let them know where I put the key. The call was answered by the irritable women.... no hello, no Seminole Towing, no how can't I help you but rather who is this? I asked is the Seminole Towing,? she responded who is this! I gave her my name and ask for hers, while still unsure if I actually reached Seminole Towing. She asked why she was on a recorded line. I assured her I was calling from my cell and that I wasn't recording her. This went back and fourth at least three times getting nowhere. All I was trying to do was to help the driver by letting him know where the key was. It truly was that simple. Ultimately the drive was "unable to locate us" We had to contact Progressive again to have another company take of us. It's shocking to me that Seminole Towing would have someone like that interacting with customers. read more

Unfortunately, I had to have my vehicle towed this week. I was totally impressed with the service. I was given a one hour time frame, however the driver (i am bad with remembering names) arrived in less than 45 minutes. My car was stuck in park which can make it hard to tow. He was completely prepared. He was able to manually change the gear under the hood and explained what he was doing. He was courteous and helpful. Absolutely the worst experience. The driver towed 2 cars one on flat bad and mine was on the hook . He didn't secure car in the flat bad correctly so it fell on my car and made lots of damage ! Then he simply parked my car on opposite side where I parked and took off . Until lady the owner of the car on the flat bad ran after him !! He released her car for $15!! She told me he ran off and left my car on the side and she told me what he did ! He refused to called cops and told me his "company was very reputable " and their shop would fix my car ! Reallyteputable ? They now have ashop because they would not be in business had all people made claims through their insurance ! Coward took off so I would return to my car parked completely in different location with damage that I wouldn't know who did it !
