Luigi finally got the paperwork together to get an inspector to come out in December. The inspector failed it due to the roof not being closed up, no cap on the old meter, and the paperwork filled out incorrectly with the wrong amps. Luigi finally fixed the roof in February. I took care of the other problems. Please see pictures of the roof repair. I had to have it redone! One detail that an electrician should know is to put on the flashing before hooking up the wire. Another detail that I would expect to be better from a license electrician is that a 220 breaker was done with 110 breakers that were not next to each other or connected! This job took way too long to complete and he could not even call for the final inspection!! Beware!

Without waiting for an answer Raul came by my home when I wasn't present and inspected the panel again. Even later, he told me that the panel was not up to code (it is I have permit paperwork saying so from Sunrun and the City) I told him this and he continued to tell me he couldn't do the work without "code compliance update on the main electrical panel" He has done zero work on my home. I requested a refund of the $800 deposit and he is only refunding $680 for "time loss to file" What a terrible experience and horrible person to work with.

Bottom line...HB electric never pulled any get-rich-quick schemes. Their electrician showed up on time and did excellent work. And the lady in their office got me an accurate quote BEFORE the electrician ever showed up at my house. They asked for a photo of our breaker panel and then gave us the quote.
