I had ordered a bidet toilet attachment on Amazon and attempted to install it myself. However, the supplied metal T valve leaked when inserted between the plastic toilet supply value and the toilet tank inlet. I called a bunch of places and had to leave voicemails. I literally called this place one minute before the hours online said they closed and left a voicemail expecting to hear back the next day. Alex texted a minute later saying he'd come the next day to take care of our problems! I got called into work last-minute and meant to let him know I would be out but my wife would be home to let him in. I feel horrible I forgot and missed his call when he got there and he waited for nearly an hour until I called him back to give him the info and he was able to go in. Alex was friendly, professional, and even took the trash out when he left rather than leaving it in the house (unlike other 4-5 plumbers we've had come in the past over the years). We mentioned we found him on Yelp and got a great discount and he was in and out installing our garbage disposal in 30 minutes! We had other projects but we need to get approval from our HOA first to do them, will definitely be using him again. read more

After I paid $607 for Alex and his assistant (actually Alex's assistant did the work) to take 20 minutes to replace an 18" section of water line, they told me that my pressure regulator wasn't working and that I currently had 100 psi water pressure, as shown on their gauge. They tried turning the adjustment all the way down and said that they couldn't get it below 80 psi and that it should be at 60 psi. I suspected that a solid brass, 4 year old pressure regulator should be working fine. Since the pressure coming out of the faucets after the adjustment was very low, it seemed to confirm. I purchased a water pressure gauge today and it showed 30 psi (shown in picture). I am glad that I didn't spend another $350 to have them screw a new pressure regulator onto the two fittings connecting it on either side. That would have cost them 5 minutes and $80 for the pressure regulator. read more
