The experiences were like night and day. On October 1, the driver was dressed well, greeted us, asked what we were celebrating, always double check that everyone was on board, walk to the bus and showed us everything we had access to, and was a genuinely enjoyable person. Last night, barely acknowledged, the lights on the inside of the bus, we're not Bright you couldn't see each other... The speakers in the front didn't work, the music worked for about 20 to 30 minutes of the entire trip. The driver was wearing earphones in his ears while driving so when we wanted him to try and fix the radio we had to tap his shoulder... He really couldn't figure it out and tried to restart the whole bus system a couple of times, but didn't care at all that it didn't work. This would've been better to rent 2 to 3 Uber excels to drive our group around because the bus experience was nothing but a bus ride. I'd like to add that the person that help me schedule and set up the night was wonderful... This was very much driver and bus function issues... He also shared that their other bus was stuck on the side of the road with a party not working. Eeeks.

Mike gave my friend and I a ride this past Saturday after my phone had died and I missed my Uber…read more Seemed like a nice enough guy, but after we agreed to $30 for a fee I noticed the next day that he had billed my card twice. Once for $65 and again for $85. I texted the number on his card to try and give him the benefit of the doubt and let him make things right. He refunded me the $65 but proceeded to be extremely rude and argue about the $85 saying that he should have left me there with my phone dead and that Uber would have charged me $75. Which, apparently gives him the right to fraudulently charge my card an amount that we did not agree upon. This guy is out to take advantage of people. He has no meter, just a Square to run your card and apparently will charge you whatever he feels like. I hope that people spread the word so that this doesn't happen to someone else.
