The counter employee again brought out her manager, a different woman, who claimed she was not aware of the variance but did offer to refund my 20 cents. The first time I chalked it up to be negligence, the second time there was no excuse, just fraud. Last time I will ever step foot into that franchise. Obviously, it isn't the 20 cents but rather the principal of knowingly defrauding the public and caring less if they get caught.
