I came to Go! Games and Toys on 03/05/22 with my older niece, her mom and family friend. I…read moreabsolutely LOVE this store as it has something for EVERYONE here. It is very huge inside. Upon entering they have cutouts of things you can take pictures of. Batman and I think another superhero was out. My niece and I took pictures with it and it was a lot of fun just channeling my inner kid with her. We explored the store thoroughly. They had a lot of kids toys and plushies. I was impressed with the amount of UNIQUE board games they had especially several different versions of Monopoly which is one of my favorite games. They had like hundreds and hundreds of them. They also had party games, adult games, children games and so much more. They have books, puzzles, card games, calendars and other unique items as well. We spend about an hour in here easily just exploring. It was seriously exhausting. There were too many options. They even had kitchen toys, play sets and much much more. Great shop. I ended not getting anything but I should've got a monopoly or board game to play. We didn't have any interactions with staff but I wanted to find the Princess Calendars but couldn't find it as they had one displayed on their window walking by. Overall, I am seriously looking forward to coming back to this location as I do want to get a few games here. Probably, the best toy game shop I have been to in a while. It was very clean and organized inside. No complaints at all. I would recommend. My niece had a blast inside and she of course seen a lot of things she wanted.

We ask if there were any that we could see demonstrated and she said no. We tried it at home and the puppy barks continuously and the battery life was about 5 minutes. The sales girl lied. We tried to bring it back and the manager told us they do not refund things that are opened. We would not have bought the toy if the sales girl would have told us the truth. Then we had to open it to see what it did. I tried calling an area director at another store. After ringing the phone for 3 minutes during open hours with no answer, I gave up. BEWARE! I will never go back and I recommend going somewhere else.

My wife went there with my son to take senior portraits today and lo and behold, their car was towed when they were done with their session. Was there a sign in the parking lot? Yes. But my wife assumed that the parking lot was a common area (yes, I pay triple net for my store) since this place was in the same building as the photography studio. Again, I'm a business owner myself and our parking lot gets overrun by customers from the next strip mall, but I would never in a million years to tow their cars because word spreads and it's not good for business. And to be clear, their parking lot was only being occupied by the workers and my wife's car at the time of the "offense". Downtown Roseville has been dying for the past decade and no one was exactly fighting for parking space when I pulled up to pick up my wife to drive her to the tow yard. Why five stars? Because I know how tough is for stores like this where retail is dying and everyone's running to Amazon. I can't imagine more than 10 people walked into this store today to make a purchase, and I feel bad for business owners like him. However, screwing over locals is no way to grow their business, especially when their last review was a year ago with where they towed their own customers car. Good luck and stop being mad at the world.

Can I give them negative stars?? This place is beyond terrible. The customer service is a joke (if…read moreyou can even call it that). They sell you an item that doesn't work out of the box and then disappear when you need resolution. The girl at the counter can't do anything to help. "It has to go through my manager." Which I'm sure is the same person as the owner. We left our merchandise there on Monday with a promise that the "manager" would look at it and call back. No word. Then we left a voicemail on Wednesday. Still no response. I called Roseville Galleria and they aren't any help either. Apparently they have absolutely no responsibility for stores located IN THEIR MALL. Called the store again today and got voicemail again. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Look the other way unless you feel like throwing away $100 for a piece of junk.

They NOW charge $10 possibly more for the repair. I only purchased one because the associate was cute and guaranteed free repairs if broken, for life. I was initially told that these helicopters wouldn't brake to begin with. After it broke, within only a week of purchase, I brought it back in for the free repair. They held my helicopter for months and finally called me to tell me my helicopter was ready! I come in and they are handing me back a scratched helicopter that wasnt mine. To avoid fiurther problems I was just going to take it but then we tried to fly it before leaving and it wouldnt fly. They held onto it for yet another month! The owner Brandon, was so rude and finally called to tell me my helicopter was ready but wanted to charge me for the repair? Not only was i told free repairs for life, but i had already driven 30minutes to pick it up the first time. He says oh well! Then hangs up. He is young and unexperienced in running a business! He finally put a sign up in an inconspicuous area which im sure is illegal, about charging for the repairs. SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND PURCHASE THOSE HELICOPTERS ELSEWHERE!
