Not 24 hours, not excellent care, just a bunch of overpriced services performed by people who do not want to work and do not care about lying to customers. Go anywhere else in the valley. 2/17/25: Quick history - our unit is about 8 yrs old, installed by Goettl. We have had issues w/…read morethem from day one. Be it poor communication, to misinformation, to techs not putting the fuses back into the box. Needless to say, we have experienced a lot of crap w/ them. Their latest? They wanted $473 to fix/replace the whip, which apparently covers the wires outside (see photo). They didn't "want to scare us" but said it's a fire hazard; they told us this after doing their inspection, then sitting in their van for about 15 minutes -- it felt as if they were simply out there, planning their latest scheme to bilk us out of money. Needless to say, after this latest scare tactic, we opted to get a second opinion with REEis A/C. Whoa, what a difference? REEis sent out James, who was very friendly, clean, professional, NO SCARE TACTICS. :-) He jerry rigged (or should I say James rigged) the whip, simply pushing it back up into place. Who knew it was that easy? It didn't stay that way, but more on that later. James did point out that our dryer lint was blowing back into the house & building up (something Goettl never pointed out, insert angry emoji). A couple weeks later, we made the appointment to have James come back to clean the dryer vent and try again w/ the whip, as it fell back down. The whip he simply zipped into place with two zip ties. I imagine that won't last forever, especially in the AZ brutal summers, but at least it will give us time to save up money until we opt to have REEis replace it. Whew! The dryer vent was Nasty w/ a capital N. He cleaned that out lickity split. I must say, our dryer seems to be operating much more efficiently since then -- and now we know to call REEis in another 3-5 yrs to have it cleaned out again. James did mention their membership rate during his first visit but he did not apply any pressure at all to try to get us to sign up -- which is very much appreciated, and is one of the reasons why we are going to cancel Goettl's stupid Sadie membership and get on with REEis.

We called again this morning (10:50am) and a man answered the phone. We proceed to tell him the door issue. He wanted us to text him the issue we are having. After letting him know we don't text, he said he was driving and would call back in about ten minutes. The man has not yet called and it's now 5:07pm as I write this review. Now before commenting why can't you text? Here's why- my grandmother has tremors and she obviously doesn't have text or a smart phone. I get home from work today to hear this update from her and it's upsetting. How do you run a business and expect your customers to do the footwork for you by texting the problem they are having. You should be ready to do that as part of the customer service end, and most definitely call people back when you promise. I had really hoped this would work out as we have a list of things that we want done and wanted to start with the door as this is a priority issue. They lost a lot of business and probably a loyal customer. What bothers me most- their handling of our senior population. I feel awful for people like my grandmother that have to navigate the hurdles of today's world and it's paramount that community assist them, and most importantly that businesses are prioritizing our vulnerable population.
