Mark came by to give me quote for kitchen sink pipe, troubleshoot and fix a toilet that wasn't flushing well, and fixing a leaking spigot outside. The price was good so I went ahead and had him get started. All work is now completed and I am very pleased with everything. He explained everything before he got started and after he finished as well as at key points during the process. He even explained how I could fix the outside spigot in the future myself if I wished. I really appreciate how genuinely nice he was and that he took the time to educate me. I love that he treated me like an equal and didn't talk to me like it was something I couldn't understand with my small woman brain. Unfortunately some other companies out there do that. Exceptional service and repair!! I looked for plumbing repair on yelp for an exterior pipe that had a slow leak and had created a crusty shell on top of the pipe resembling the barnacles on a pirate ship. I called Triplumb Plumbing this morning because I was concerned that I might have a leak in my water pipe system. I spoke to Russ about my situation and he agreed to come out after a couple of appointments he had in the morning. Russ arrived a couple of hours later and l showed him where I was suspecting a leak was occurring. Russ explained the process of checking and testing water systems if a leak is not visible in a home or underground. On Thursday May 21st we discovered a gushing leak in our hot water heater. I had a lifetime warranty and called the company.They couldn't find a plumber in the valley (4 million people) who could come out and fix it on an emergency basis.
