The manager (Christian I believe) was excellent in dealing with me, a very frustrated longtime customer that just wanted the proper offers to be honored. Big kudos to the other two employees who also did all they could during this process, and were extremely professional throughout. I hope I don't have to keep going back because the billing department's screw-ups, but if I do have any issues, I now know I can come to this store, rather than wasting precious hours of my life being hung up on by Xfinity automated telephone services, and lied to by chat bots and chat agents.

What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. He could have easily left us with the broken part, but he genuinely cared about doing the job right.
