Mike and his team are the best at what they do. We had a drop down outside TV that had to be installed. They installed the mount and the TV and made sure everything was in working order. Shortly after the install the TV dropped down, something broke on mount. Mike and his team came back out, took it down, shipped it to the company so they could fix it (it was a manufacturing defect) and reinstalled it when it arrived fixed. They were professional, quick to respond to any and all questions we have, and they are friendly! We have been enjoying our outside TV in our pavilion. I did a complete remodel on my house and decided to have a basic entertainment system put in. I had four televisions put in, and the main TV in the living room had a Sonos sound bar, a subwoofer and two speakers in the back wall. It sounds awesome! I also wanted to be able to stream music, podcasts and other content from my phone to any room where I had ceiling speakers installed, to a combination of speakers or all of them at once. This would allow me to start listening to a podcast in the shower and continue listening to it over the Sonos speakers as I made my way thought the house. Throughout the entire project Sonos was very professional and they went above and beyond during every phase. During the final installation (which took almost three days) they answered every question I had, made multiple height adjustments to the living room TV and explained the Sonos app and how to broadcast to all the Sonos speakers in the house. They also explained and demonstrated the Alexa dot device and showed my how to configure my music app for Alexa. My remodel was probably a small to medium size project for Sync Systems (I'm sure there are mansions in Sonoma and Napa that have in-home movie theatres for 20 people!) but they treated it like one of their biggest and most complex jobs. To say that Sync Systems is a premier company would be an understatement. I was in need of someone that could re-do an AV system that had been installed by a different company during new construction. Over the past two years, I had to have them come back nearly 20 times for recurring problems. On many of those occasions, I was advised that I needed additional equipment to take care of the problems. But, all it did was make the system that much more complicated to operate. After reading some of the other YELP comments about SyncSystems, I decided to give them a try. They exceeded my expectations. Mike, the owner, answered my email quickly, and scheduled an appointment with me to look over my existing equipment. Within one day, he sent me an estimate and a breakdown of all of the new equipment I would need; however, he was also able to keep some of my existing equipment, and therefore, saved me some money. His staff showed up on time, and what impressed me upon their arrival, was that the team 'leader' briefed a 'battle plan' for the installation with the other technicians. They were efficient, polite, extremely careful with protecting my floors and furniture, and within two days, I had a 'new' system that was much more user-friendly. They addressed some minor requests I had for adding 'shortcuts' to my remotes for accessing streaming channels, synching up the audio between multiple televisions (no more 'echoes'), and rebooting components without having to go into the equipment rack in the garage to reboot the router. They addressed ALL of my questions with professionalism, patience and expertise. An added bonus with SyncSystems is that you have access to 24/7 technical support where they can tap into your system to see the cause of the problem. We called Sync Systems to have the Control 4 integration done and from the first contact with Sarah in the office to Gabe the tech that came out to do the service, our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Sarah was able to book the appointment within just a few days, and Gabe was on time and very knowledgeable about the Control 4 system. Mike was absolutely wonderful! I live in a 1950s had that has lathe and plaster. After several attempts and large holes I decided to call sync systems. Mike came out that same day and we talked like we were old friends. He revived old dreams that I thought I'd let go and my simple tv mount turned into a tv mount hiding wirings in my walls, setting up my stereo system to include my Sonos system that I'd sat to the side because I thought it didn't work. This old house provided significant challenges but not once did he appear angry or frustrated. Not once did I hear the familiar sigh when plans did not go as expected. We had a very pricey, complicated whole house system installed by someone else 4 years ago. The price and the end result that never worked properly was a great source of arguments in our home. I found SS through yelp. We called and were hopeful, but doubtful. Mike returned the call in a timely manner and gave us some good phone. He was on time for the consultation. In less than 30 min He expanded our fantasy and was very clear about what to expect. We found our man! On game day Josh and Shaun showed up, also on time and immediately got to work putting on booties, covering our floor with protective blankets and then and laying out the gear. They were efficient, upbeat, tenacious, capable, patient, PATIENT and it bears repeating PATIENT with us and the twists and turns they encountered.
