The therapist seemed to rush through the treatment and didn't appear fully confident in the technique. There was noticeable discomfort throughout- her long nails and the way she pulled on my toes made it hard to relax. At one point she located a knot and focused intensely on that area, which continued to cause pain rather than relief. I wasn't able to unwind during the session. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this particular service or salon, and the convenient location wasn't enough to offset the quality of the treatment.
