Today after about 5 previous visits, a co-worker and I tried quesadillas with chicken for lunch. Very disappointed immensely. About every other bite the chicken was so grisly I had to spit it out. Entree came with chips and salsa and when delivered looked like they pulled broken chips from the very bottom of a chip bag. I asked for green chile in my dish and I dearly paid for it. $1.50 for a small amount of chile. And very bland. Better get a new recipe or take off your menu. read more

This place is a little jem in the desert. Small little sports bar in a plaza but the food here is amazing! The PB&J burger is so good. Doesn't sound like something i would ordinarily eat but that burger is ridiculously good! I'll be back for sure! read more

Our ladies luncheon group had a good experience. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food was very good. You certainly are not going to walk away hungry. The portions are large. We had 17 at the luncheon. We ordered everything from the daily special to the famous PBJ burger. They make their own sausage which I was told was fabulous. We definitely will be having our luncheon here again in the near future. I don't think you will be disappointed if you decide to eat at the A&R Grill. ENJOY!!!!!! read more

Well let me start off by saying not my first visit. This is a nice little place but my latest experience was not the best. The food is good, but I recommend skipping the nachos. The cheese taste like it comes from the large cans you get at Sam's Club. The rest of the food we've ordered was good. Burgers and sandwiches are good sized but come with about 10 fries. This time there was a pungent odor, like sewer gas, that made it difficult to enjoy the food. We tried it twice but have decided not to return. Good laid back atmosphere for the drinker. read more

We visited this restaurant this evening. We've gone there several times before and have been fairly pleased with what we were served and how we were served. Tonight the service was sketchy and the food really wasn't up to what I had been before. I don't know whether they just didn't have enough staff or what the problem was but I was very disappointed. read more

Over New Years weekend, we ordered 6 wings which were not fully cooked. We sent them back, some half eaten. They politely took them back, fried them again (including the half eaten ones), and served them back to us. We paid $1/piece. At our last visit, our burger was raw. When I brought this to the server's attention, he offered to put burger that we had taken a bite out of back on the grill, reassemble it on the same bun and fixings, and bring it back out. No thank you.Yuma has very limited options for dining and our choices has been reduced even further. read more

Very good food and menu - never had a meal that was not above par for Yuma or for that fact other larger cities. Good beer selection. Oh and fresh/clean taps to support it. Please keep good session pilsners on tap, don't get carried away with the "IPA, triple, Belgium and so forth designer beers" and I'll keep coming back...and bringing people! read more

Came to Yuma for business and heard about A&R Grill and it is by far the greatest sports bar restaurant I've been to. The food is delicious . The service is very professional. 10 out of 10. read more

This Restaurant has been suggested to me several times, and I finally tried as I was on that side of town. I was not let down at all, the service was decent. Our waitress was obviously inexperienced as she served me the wrong beer but they handled it well and have me a free beer. Aside the point the food was excellent, for being a sports bar I was expecting a good burger but to my surprise they had amazing Carne Nachos and great chips and salsa. I don't recommend the French Fries, but the onion rings are okay. Plenty of good sized T.Vs on every wall although the entire restaurant itself is a little small for a sports bar they really make it comfortable. I will definitely be eating here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to watch some sports, and enjoy great food and drinks! read more

Just had lunch here on our way back from San Diego. We had a Southwest Burger, the House-made sausage sandwich & fish/chips. The burger was juicy & grilled just right, nicely roasted peppers, good quality bun. The house-made sausage was great - very little fat, and quite tasty. The cod pieces (3 large ones) were fried to perfection in a beer batter, and mounds of excellent french fries were served with the burger & fish orders. They don't kid around with quality here - the beer selection is amazing for a small town like Yuma, and the affable & friendly bartender even served it in the correct type of glass for the beer we chose. Very chic furnishings, many screens for watching sports but not loud and obnoxious like most burger/beer joints. Will definitely revisit on our next drive through. read more

While passing through Yuma, we hit this place for lunch. The craft brews I tried were excellent. Service was great. Started out with an order of mozzarella sticks - they were the best we have ever had. I had one of their many pub burgers. The burger was excellent. Atmosphere is traditional sports bar, but the beer and food more than made up for that. If you are in Yuma, they are worth a try. read more

we used yelp to find best burger and beer in Yuma. 1/2 burger on fresh bun did not disappoint. bbq pork was lean but the "spicy bbq" sauce was bland and very little put on sandwich. onion rings were poor and half of them where onion skins not onion slices. when we pointed this out the server just shrugged smiled and said oh that is bad. sorry. no offer of another side and still charged us the up charge for onion rings. atmosphere is typical sports bar. Bottom line is ..good burger but based on rest of food and service doubt we would return, nor would I suggest this place to friends. read more

yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!! how does this place stay in business??? the french fries dull......i make french fries alot better. the onion rings were from a bag at the grocery.... the boneless wings had a taste of being under a heat lamp...... the mac and cheese had no cheese just the pasta.........and the swiss and mushroom burger was marginal. our first trip here and most definitely our last. yuk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Tried the PB&J burger with Jalapeños, I know sounds weird but was absolutely the best burger I've had at a restaurant, our server was helpful and suggested a beer that went well with the burger, it was amazing.
