We stayed at the Holiday Inn during the 2026 Yuma County Fair and had breakfast cards on our account, so we frequented Burger Theory each morning. Ironically, we never tried their burgers. We did enjoy egg sandwiches and breakfast burritos. The hotel didn't initially record us as having a breakfast card, so we made up a couple of days by having one breakfast in the restaurant and one "to go" which we had as lunch at the fair. The ladies working there were sweet and friendly. Seemed like a high-end burger joint inside of the hotel. We'll definitely be back whether we are staying there or not. It's worth visiting as a standalone business. There are TVs for watching sports and plenty of nice seating. We need to go back, of only to try their burgers. read more

We all really enjoyed our burgers. Everything about the burgers was customizable so everyone could get exactly what they wanted. I never got our waitress' name but she was amazing. My son has autism and before he ordered dinner he told the waitress"I just turned 11 so I'm too big for a kids menu" and "We already had cake for my birthday so I don't need any dessert" after dinner was done she brought out a dessert and he was over the moon. We stay at the Marriott next door and walk over here after a long day on the river. We have been here twice and really enjoy this restaurant. The service is amazing. They split our checks with no issue. We have had the burgers, Chinese chicken salad, French fries and drinks from the bar. Lots of TVs around the restaurant. We'll definitely be back. read more

This place is in the Holiday Inn. This Holiday Inn is far back away from anything. We ate there 3 times during our stay. 2 breakfast and 1 dinner. Dinner was really good. Their burgers are delicious and fresh. Breakfast the first morning was really bad. I opted for the Slider Trio. 3 sliders with scrambled egg, cheese and a meat... bacon, sausage, and "ham." The ham is actually Canadian bacon on. No big deal but call it what it is. All 3 meats had dirty grill oil on them. Really ruined the flavor. Second breakfast, spina k and mushroom omelette was very good. Staff was great. read more

I hate not giving 5 star reviews but this place was so good I'm going to review it. Loved the burger and meat. It was exceptional. I got the cheese stuffed one, that was awesome it had minimal grilled onions but was cooked perfectly medium which I asked for. Got the pretzel bun at no extra charge, which made it even better. My only beef (ha) was that the lettuce had a gnarly bad spot on it. I mean there was only one other person eating there when I arrived and I ordered before them, so this annoyed me. Also the water tasted like chlorine (which might just be a Yuma thing) so much so that I ordered a Coke. Anyways worth going to a hotel for a this great burger. read more

Great service from Margarita and Sam! The bartender and waitress cooked my food because the chef didn't show up for work. I was impressed how quickly they came up with a solution and waited on three tables and cooked at the same time! My chicken tenders came out perfect, not overdone and the breading was very tasty. We learned about Burger Theory in Yuma from a friend. We had not seen advertisements anywhere. It is located in the lobby of Holiday Inn near Yuma Palms Mall area. Current hours are breakfast & dinner only. We ordered the Classic single with bacon lettuce wrapped, BT Boss single lettuce wrapped, side salad, fries, and chicken wings without sauce. The burgers were cooked as we requested, juicy and delicious. The fries could have been fried longer. My selective eater loved the sauceless wings. We tried the wings and they were cooked perfectly.
