They carry lots of strains, a variety of edibles, cbd candies, tinctures, etc... the staff members are very polite and sociable all while remaining focused on their sales goal. I feel like Sam really took the time and patience to help me. She thought she had me figured out then something in the display case caught my eye and BAM! I "zagged" when she thought I would "zig". No worries, she pivoted and began to explain the composition of the spectrum blend of Kanha Restore edibles I was now interested in. Later, I read the back of the package and - DAMN! - Sam NAILED IT! All the benefits she mentioned were listed: gut health, pain, inflammation and anxiety relief. Sam knows her strains! Very cool! Asia checked us out and made sure we maximized our "first timer" benefits, as well as letting us know about promotion days. Which I've never seen on a receipt, which I've never been reminded. Which, makes no sense if you're accumulating them, how would they all expire at once? It was very disappointing, no one was willing to help. Thankfully, I was able to find my favorite brand at a different dispensary. Just beware, use those points. They expire after a year. I had almost $3000 in points. And now they're gone for nothing...... Update, after Kevin responded to my one star review. I took the time to gather my information and receipt. I went down to Haven with an envelope sealed. They said Kevin really wasn't an owner, I should ask for two girls. Long story short, I dropped off my envelope and asked them to please give it to management and contact me. Still to this day, nobody has contacted me. In my opinion, the responses to all these comments are just excuses. They don't actually get anything done about it.
