When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.
