We are new to Texas, on our road trip…read moreacross several states our rental broke down at 12am and being a triple A member, the area we were in they weren't able to find someone for what we needed (dead hybrid battery unable to charge). So we were able to get ahold of Shanan and he was more than helpful. After towing our rental van all the way to a charge station for it to not be able to charge- he towed us 3+ hours away after attempting to help for at that point several hours. At the time of our arrival to our destination it was pouring rain. Still shanan did all he could to get the car in a parking spot for us as it wouldn't start at all. Not even neutral. If you are in need of a tow we'd highly recommend this tow company. Great experience with the given circumstances. Super nice gentleman, and he was more than willing to do all he could to help us. I was told by Travis when i did get a hold of them that they cancelled my request. i contacted my financial institution the moment they opened and informed them that services were not received for the charge and they credited my account, but today 3/12/26 i find that the merchant charged my account - again for services not received. I have filed a BBB complaint and will be going to social media about this incident
