Recently he worked on my 2012 Ford F150 Since I had an extended warranty; Marc Went to work and fixed what Street Volkswagen could not fix after 4 times in their shop. Mark worked hard to get the work done as quickly as possible he let me know what the warranty would not cover so I could make a plan to pay the rest. I also found out that previous work Supposedly done by the afore-mentioned dealership never happened. Like when I bout the vehicle the dealership supposedly replaced a water pump and replaced the spark plugs. The plugs were the original from when the truck was new as per the black dots on all Ford F150 original spark plugs. Needless to say, I will never take a vehicle back to Street Volkswagen for work. The Dealership also was supposed to fix an issue with the Flywheel and Starter which is now starting to act the same way before I took it to the dealership. So I would pretty certain it was not fixed properly the first time. What I am saying is Marc Bullard will fix you vehicle properly!!!!!

I brought my Lexus in at 8am on Wed. & he kept saying, "It'll be ready tomorrow, tomorrow..." then I got a text from Street Toyota saying "Thank you for bringing in your vehicle!" ON FRIDAY MORNING. I am very grateful that his ego wasn't bigger than my safety but he cracked my cowl seal (GOOGLE THATT!) and broke my windshield wiper - - which he did not disclose - - I had to notice it and point out that I just got my oil changed at Street Toyota a week before and was absolutely certain the windshield wiper was in new condition before I dropped it off to him. So began the "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" game for those replacements and it took him, Julio, my giant paper-book manual, and GOOGLE for them to change the windshield wipers - - which do not look right - - and he replaced both cowls when only the one that he destroyed was needed. (There was no sun damage to it nor was there wear & tear - - they were perfectly sealed and unnoticeable!) He replaced it with an ill-fitting seal or just did a 1/2-Donkey job because there's a gaping hole now leaving the engine and my cabin vulnerable to weather and critter exposure. He, Ted, and Julio just made me feel like a Dumb Female and I know they're reading this saying, "That's redundant!!" But I have pictures and video of Braden & Julio just confounded as to how to change the windshield wiper so - - who's the dumb female??! (Sorry to be redundant). My Windshield trim on the passenger side came loose while on a trip to Colorado. I was able to…read morestabilize the trim that was flapping in the wind with a bungy cord until I could acquire some duct tape that did the job. I bought this RV from a guy who had the windshield replaced by Rodfathers just before I bought it in April 2023. Since the trim was adhered to the body of the RV by Rodfathers after they replaced the windshield. After returning from Colorado, I took my RV to Rodfathers to have them to reattach the piece of trim on the passenger side in the same manner as the trim on the drivers side was attached. I was told that the warranty was not transferrable from one owner to the next and that it did not apply to me since the previous owner was the one that had the windshield replaced. The warranty should apply to the vehicle not the owner, unless they use this to get out of standing behind their workmanship. From the day the windshield was replaced to the day that the trim came loose was 90 days exactly. Any repair service that cannot stand behind their workmanship for 90 days is not a repair facility that I care to do any business with in the future. I related to them that I would not use them for any future repairs or services. I also will not recommend them to others for repair or services. Bill D.
