Sandro did a fantastic job tinting my windows. Did 20% in the rear and 35% up front. I can already tell how much cooler the inside of my car is and how well the tints block the sun! Fantastic price as well. There is no sign that says "A & S Window Tinting" but there is a little alley right next to the stereo store - that is where you enter. read more

When I got my own car's windows tinted, the people at the place I went to were rude, tried to swindle me, and then tried to upsell me on car accessories that I didn't need nor want. At least they did do a good job on the tint job and it has held up well for over four years. My grandson had been wanting to get the windows on his Mazda tinted. When his birthday came up I told him that for his birthday I would get his windows tinted. After getting a couple other estimates, I contacted Sandro at A & S. He was very polite and gave us an estimate and an appointment for the coming Friday. The estimate was wa-ay under anyone else and less than half of what I had paid to have my own car windows done. We got the car back on time and everything was as expected. I was happy and my grandson was thrilled. It has been several months and there have been no problems at all. This the kind of place I like doing business with. Sandro works out of several different independent shops and so he works by appointment only. We went to the shop on York Blvd. which has a garage in the back where he does the work. read more

Fantastic. It's only day one, but it's the little touches that count and Sandro idiot proofed my tint by window locking all my windows. I was at a grocery store and some lady had her car door open and was just sitting there, preventing me from backing out. I went to roll down my window to ask if she was aware of me and to my pleasant surprise, Sandro had locked all my windows. Awesome. i have had the tint for a couple of months now and it's perfect. No bubbles or discoloration or separation. Sandro was waiting for me when I arrived a few minutes before our appointment. I was unsure if I was at the right place because the business does not display the A&S name anywhere. Sandro estimated it would take 2 hours and he finished in a little less than that. York Blvd is good for killing time and I ran a few errands while waiting. The price was 25% of what Lexus Glendale had quoted me and a bit less than the other lowest bid I had received. I think Sandro provided an excellent value and quality. I will update this review in a few years when I have more data on how the tint is holding up. read more

This is the place to go for a window tint! -Great, reliable service -Friendly, family-owned business -quick service (had an appointment and it was done in about 40 mins or less) -Carries all type of sound system equipment and a variety of additional car accessories -Only $40 for two, front window tint. Sight Waves wouldn't budge below $85. Come onnnn! You can't beat $40 for honest, quality service. I knew I came to the right place and picked the right person. Called other places closer to my place but had given me inconsistent prices every time I call. Sandro was very consistent and honest. Called him again the week of Christmas to see if he will be opened the day after Christmas. He said yes. So I scheduled for today 12/26, showed me samples and after a few hours, job is done. First of all, I decided to go here because there are great reviews about Sandro. Before I went this place, I tried to find any other place for window tint. I visited few offices in Glendale and Koreatown, and found out the price is so much expensive than Sandro. The price is unbeatable. . Fast and professional work. I made an appointment with Sandro and two days later I got my car tinted. It took only 1 and half hour. I asked some questions regarding materials he used for tint and price, and etc. he answered my question without any hesitation. Maybe they can improve the waiting area. Sandro was great! He was straight with me from the beginning. I had an older tint job on my car and he explained how he had to take all that film off and then reinstall the new film. Sandro was super helpful. He showed us some samples before doing the job and he gave us some suggestions. He did an incredible job on my wife's new "2015 Versa Note SV". I went with 5% Rayno, and that's where it went wrong. Rayno offers 2 colors for tint so the 5% didn't match the one he used for the windshield, I wish I researched this but the 5% is brown and the windshield has a grey tone. He also sliced the rubber on the front fixed glass, he also didn't tint it all the way for the small front fixed glass. Personally for what I paid I'm not too far off from getting Xpel XR Plus. Yes I told him I'm disappointed and really it's a FYI but as a business owner he decided to just read my message and not reply. He clearly doesn't give a crap, he got my money and this review will not steer people away but I'm venting. I HAD tint and I was removing the glue and I told him I'm leaving the corners for him because I didn't want to cut the rubber and what do you know? He cuts and damages the rubber. I'm ordering replacement parts now for the damaged rubber seals to which the glass is attached to and will need to retint the car. So I'm going to be nearly $1000 down the hole for this ordeal. So thank you for taking my money.
