The screen on my Car stereo broke. I thought I could just buy any stereo and go in here and get a replaced. But to my surprise that's not the way it works. I called multiple locations but kept getting the runaround and was told to go in person for a quote. When I called Geo's The gentleman that answered me guided me and let me know that I needed to get something based on my vehicle . And what type of stereo I needed to get. Back in September I took my 2025 Lexus to this place to get a tint on all my windows including the windshield. 3 guys worked on the tint and they did a crappy job on my car. Not sure about the other windows and rear window. But the windshield when you are somehow in direct sunlight you will see a lot of dust particles between the windshield and the tint. Then this morning while I was cleaning my windshield I already saw a tiny air bubble and this is just almost 2 months of putting it. Don't go to this place to waste your money and time. I came to Geo's Tint and Audio to have premium tint (95% IRR, 99.9% UVR) from a specific brand installed on my car. What I experienced was misrepresentation, broken promises, and unfair business practices. 1. Wrong product, hidden mistake!!!!!! Two employees removed my original tint films and installed a different brand of tint that only offered about 75% UVR protection. They repeatedly assured me it was the correct product. I only discovered otherwise when I noticed that they were working with the box of the wrong brand in the shop and asked them to run a test on the film that had been applied. 2. Payment after failed job!!!!! After removing the incorrect tint (leaving my car with no tint at all), we agreed the job would ultimately cost $500. At that point, they required me to pay at least $250 plus tax ($264 total) toward the balance, assuring me they would install the correct tint the following Saturday once the proper product arrived. 3. Broken promise, again!!!!!! Despite repeated follow-ups, I never received confirmation of the appointment or any update about the tint. My car is still left without tint, and I am out my original films, $264, and days of wasted time. At this point, the only fair resolution is a full refund of $264. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue legal action to recover my money and losses. This was not just poor workmanship. It was misrepresentation, forced payment under false assurances, and failure to deliver. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST. read more

I've had the windows on my other car tinted here with no issue. So, I decided to give them another try on my new car. I went on Thursday, and this is the bad tint job that was done on my car (see pics). I didn't notice until today, Sunday, since I haven't used this car since Thursday. Also, since it was late in the afternoon when I got my car tinted, it was hard to tell at that moment, the poor quality of workmanship that was done. I'm so upset at how bad my windows look. I went to see it there was anything that could be done, and one of the guys that work there said they would have to peel it off. He also tried to say it might be due to my car windows (my car is less than a month old). And, he asked if it was windy that day, which it kind of was. If the wind was going to be a factor, i would think that from a professional standpoint they would advice against doing that work under such conditions. Terrible work. I'm really upset. The imperfections/air pockets are so noticeable, too. Like, it's not just one window, it's all 4 windows, especially the rear window/windshield. I could've probably had someone working on the street do a better job. It really seems like this was a half ass job. I just hope it doesn't start bubbling up even more. I considered filing a chargeback with my bank, but then I remembered that he only takes cash and/or Zelle (how convenient)...I can't even file a dispute with my bank since I paid him via Zelle. Update: the owner did reach out to me and said he'd gladly redo the work. Since the work has a warranty. Here's the issue...I don't want the tint to be removed/peeled, specifically on the back window, because I know there is a possibility of the rear defrost system to get damaged (it happened to my husband's car). No thanks. I'll just have to live with my bad decision of putting my trust in this shop. I'll update pics of how this terrible tint job holds up as time passes. I'm sure it's going to look progressively worse. It's probably going to look cheaper than it already does. read more

Found this place on Yelp and Geo was able to get me in on a walk in appointment, same day. His shop is located on the corner of Mission and in the shared lot with San Luis Auto Glass. It can be easy to miss because there is no sign outside for the shop. There were 4 tints to choose from. I got the 5 and 20% for my windows. There is a 2 year warranty that comes with your tint. The quality of the tint is great. I can definitely tell the difference and blockage of sun. However, there were a few minor bubbles on my car that you can see from the inside.
