I've used this tint shop for two of my cars and I have truly been very happy with the quality of work, quality of the product and care for my cars. This tint shop is located inside a car wash which is even better. Wash your car and get your tint. Most importantly my tints never bubbled or went bad. RAFAEL is a SCAMMER!! I paid him $200 to do my tint on my car and he sold me defective tint. I have a Huge slash on my front windshield. He told me it was a manufacture defect after I tried to give him a tip and then took $25 off the total price.He told me to come back in a few days to fix it but now he will not return my calls and keeps avoiding me. I wasn't looking for a discount. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST. I will be reporting him to the BBB and potentially filing a lawsuit. Bad Business. So dissatisfied - I tried to support my local business. read more

Got my tints done today at R&S and I must say I have no idea what those few bad reviews were talking about. Logic tells me they might be false reviews because my impression was that the service was excellent, the quality of the tints looks great, and the price was much cheaper than what the competition was offering. Rafi also seems like a very honest guy and a hard worker. He quoted me a price and a time over the phone and he was true to his word on both fronts. This has got to be the best tint shop I have ever been to. Not only is the customer service amazing but they use the most top notch material on your vehicle. Personally, I have brought 5 cars here without even questioning another tint shop. They are experienced hard workers who finish everything in a timely manner and to top it all off, you get a free car wash at the end. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. read more

This place is a fraud business. I really think that they are probably a facade for some other scheme. It is very unprofessional. First, I called in to get a deal to tint my windows for my car for what I thought was a good deal for Rayno tint. Little did I know that the people would not follow through on their service. What I got was a half assed job when they rushed it to rush me out of the business. It's in a hole in the wall of a car wash in Los Feliz. The business owner palmed me off to one of his employees, Aram, who has still yet to call me back or text me in reply to my numerous texts regarding redoing the tint on at least 3 of my windows. It was supposed to be ceramic tint and the car still feels overheated. The best part is that I have a receipt that looks like it was just made on google because when I asked for an actual receipt from the business, they said they would email it to me. The shadiest part is that when I called the business back after already scheduling a date and time for the employee to come to me and return the windows and when he never showed nor called to even let me know he wasn't coming, is that he answered the phone once and said he would call me back in an hour and a half because he was in "church". What kind of a "church" person leaves a mother of a new 3 month old infant child with a tint that is unsatisfactory and not what was promised and leaves them hanging when she's trying to get the service that is supposed to be due? Not to mention, they advertise giving you a free car wash for every tint you get with them and they said I could always get mine later and they never followed through on that, as well. I have requested a refund and still have not heard back from them. This is very upsetting. Don't waste your time nor money on this place. read more

I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. They offer tea, coffee and water while you wait which makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. 100/10 across the board for service, quality and overall experience. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else! You get your moneys worth here

Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I appreciated the repair and timeliness, and also good value. Thanks Aren!

This place is the best!! I came in last minute on a Thursday and I was just looking to setup an appointment , but they where able to fit me that day. The stayed even past closing time to finish the job. I had a lot of window. So the speed at which this was done well impressive so stay the least. Do not go here unless you want cheap work with a chance of damage to your car. He used razor blades to cut film outside left deep scratches on the outside of both side windows. It's about 4 weeks later bubbles everywhere. They don't know what they are doing at all. Very poor job. read more
