The owner kept making…read moreexcuses about why he couldn't keep promises or plans, couldn't get the color correct although he stated "I wrote everything down" When I confronted him about not being happy he threatened me called me a "little boy" and he "wished he'd seen me outside" I spoke to the supplier, who stated he's done this more than once. I made a police report regarding his verbal threats to me and my mother. He continued saying "hang up the phone I'll kick your ass right now" when I hung up, he verbally continued to threaten physical harm but refused to speak or actually approach, idle threats. He's an absolute joke, nothing but a salesman with a bad attitude, every serious question we had was followed up with "I'm the best" "I've been in business for 20+ years" and a ridiculous display of photos from a book that weren't even close to what we were discussing. It was a hand selected proof of narcissistic display of his ego. James lost two jobs mine and my parents house and his exact words were "you think I give a fuck about these two" A clear indication of how he feels about "customers" If you read the plenty of one star reviews on both Google and Yelp, they have a consistent pattern of excuses, unkept promises and a poor attitude. If you check out all of my reviews you'll notice that when a business does right I'm quick to compliment and praise. My messages to the owner (James) and my patter of praise when deserved will solidify that I do not write reviews to hurt genuine businesses as James said I would do while threatening to physical assault me. My evidentiary proof and pattern of honest reviews will speak for themselves. I have never ever called the police on a business owners actions. This is certainly a first and should scream red flags to anyone considering work with James.

They took the time to wait for the concrete to be *just* right before putting the finishing touches on it. As we are a distance east of there, was not sure they'd make the trip. But they sent their salesman right out! Our driveway grade was a problem: there was hardly any elevation change from our garage to the street, and different angles were involved. After careful elevation measurement, they recommended installation of a drywell. We decided against that because of cost. They assured us they'd take every step to make it the best it could be, but could not guarantee that some puddling might occur. We decided to hope for the best. The crew came out earlier than expected, and got right to work. Paving machine was used and during the job foremen were shooting levels to ensure the drive would drain to the street. Well, after light, moderate, and torrential rains, our driveway looks great and drains perfectly!
