I highly recommend Juan and his company for landscaping , tree removal and anything you need done on you property, I had him come with his crew on a Saturday afternoon, 7 men three trucks to clear out our property. I contacted Bueno after purchasing a new home in Patchogue. The home was completely renovated, but the back yard needed some serious TLC. Juan and his team were prompt, courteous and professional during their time working on our property. I was so pleased with the end result, which was complete removal of all leaves and debris, cut down and removal of a small size tree on the property line, complete removal of thick ivy grown half way up the property, lawn cutting and aeration and a layer of seed. They even left our front yard (which wasn't in the scope of work) looking better than it did before. I would highly reccomend them for their great work and very fair prices. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. After a year in our new home using this company it's been hell. Time and time again they damage things in my backyard and front yard including solar lights, plants, electric, vegetables etc. they don't show up for clean ups or scheduled appointments. we decided to give them one more chance and have them install our new fence. After them ripping us off on price I come home to a finished fence...but the WRONG FENCE. the panels did not match my existing pvc fence. So I'm disappointed. As I'm doing the walk threw I checked to make sure everything in the back yard worked ... I noticed they removed installed flood lights in my side yard. They did not ask permission to cut electric to my lights that I had installed just 6-8 months ago when we got the house. I assumed if they removed it they would know what they were doing and put it back. But that's a BIG NO. The owner told me he didn't KNOW one of his guys cut the wire until after it happened. And insisted that it was a non working light and he had pictures of this "20 year old pipe and it didn't work " and when I told him I have pictures of it being installed not long ago. I asked For the photos he has. And still no response. here's the cherry on top. They installed my fence about 20 inches back causing me to have a fence addendum signed by myself and our neighbors other wise it needs to be taken down. On top of a new property survey. My biggest thing is it's my property and I should at least get the respect and be called when there are problems.. I should have a choice in what is going on it's my property and my money being spent cause now I have to have new lines run for electric for my pond and outdoor lighting. Used this company for a yard clean up after several large trees were cut down at our house; there were huge mulch piles; these guys did a great job for a wonderful price; we will be using them again review update: i had Beuno landscaping come back and landscape my front yard and clean up the back yard. Pricing was still great, backyard looks much better then before and front landscaped area adds curb appeal to our home. If your adding plants for landscaping; i recommend asking for specific types, color and number of plants. read more

Such a disappointment! He came for a free estimate, agreed with us to come back with the team a week later but he would call us first the day before. We didn't hear back, so we reached out and he said he won't be able to make it. We then agreed he'd come after we would be back from vacation...Well - we never heard back and he never showed up, despite us sending multiple messages. So unprofessional! I would have appreciated a cancellation notice or that he would let us know that he can't help us because he is overbooked. Instead we wasted weeks of coordinating a date for a yard clean-up that would never happen. Now we're back to the beginning, having to look for a different landscaping company. I recommend you look elsewhere too and skip Bueno landscaping. Nothing Bueno about it. read more

What a pleasure! I'd been looking for someone to get our backyard back in order after some storm damage. My first reaction was to get my landscaper to take care of it. No good there. I then called at least six local landscapers to get prices. Four never even retuned my calls. All wanted to bring in heavy machinery, have me remove my fencing and were going to tear up my lawn in order to fix my yard. The only constant between all were their high prices and their desire to make a seemingly simple job sound like brain surgery. I had a deadline for a planned engagement party that was to take place in our backyard and was just about out of options. Fortunately as it turned out, after scouring the internet, I found Juan and Bueno Landscaping. Nothing I threw at him was a problem, he understood my need to get the job done with as little damage to my yard as possible and with a deadline for our party. We was willing to do what we needed, nothing was a problem for him. And he was priced quite fairly! He went above and beyond the call of duty, making recommendations along the way. We could not be happier with the job we did, and that he really cared about his work. Two weeks later we had him come back to complete some other work for us. Another perfect job! We'd also referred him to some of our neighbors, who all used other landscapers in the past. I guess they were impressed by him also. They had the same reaction as we did, job well done! Many thanks to Juan and his crew for making my front yard look attractive again. I needed some bushes removed, some weeding, re-edging the beds, and mulching. They did such a wonderful job. I was in need of major landscaping. My bushes and trees were so overgrown and weren't cared for for about 7 years. They were overcrowded and needed to be moved as well as some removed. I had a previous landscaper who cut my lawn well so I figured I'd ask him to trim my bushes and trees. What a big mistake. He ruined my bushes and took 1/2 my maple tree off. It looked awful. I started googling landscapers in the area and Bueno Landscaping came up. They had 5 star reviews so I called and they got right back to me within minutes. Juan the owner came out and I told him what I wanted done and how he could fix the damage that was done by the previous landscaper (see my review on previous landscaper). Juan took his time going over every detail of what could be done and set me up with the expectation that he could handle it no problem. He suggested turning the maple tree around so the cut branch wasn't an eyesore and removing some bushes to be used in other areas. He also made my flower beds wider and moved the trees and bushes forward away from the house. He also put something in every bed to make the trees and bushes grow and also left me with a bag of it. In addition to overhauling the front of the house I now use him to cut my lawn weekly and will be using him next spring to lay Belgium block in my driveway and add some more flower beds. He will also be doing my porch. He will be sanding and staining it as well as replacing the stairs. Juan is the jack of all trades and is a hard worker. I now have a beautiful front yard that I love pulling up to and aren't Embarrassed to have people come over. I wish I had some before pictures of what it looked like prior. I couldn't bare to look at the mess so I didn't take pictures. I did however take pictures of the damage from the previous landscaper to show how he fixed it without throwing the tree away. Juan and his worker are hands down amazing landscapers and I look forward to working with him in the future. He also had fair prices which is hard to find and didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Just bought a house in the area. My yard was a mess. It needed topsoil to level it out and a really good clean up. Called up a few landscapers. No one seemed to be interested in such a big job.
