I was looking for someone give me a full set and a pedicure and I stumbled across this place. Please note that you must have a reservation to get a service done. At first this kind of threw me off just a little bit, but the positive thing about it they were able to get me in that same day but just at a later time. And secondly once I was able to sit down in there and get my full set and pedicure I then realized why they only take appointments (It's only two of them in there, which makes perfect sense) But overall I think she did fine job coming as close as possible to the look that I was going for. They were both extremely nice and I will definitely be returning again BUT with an appointment. read more

I went in based on reviews. It's not often that I'm disappointed because my experience didn't match up to the reviews, but this time it did. I went in on a Wed afternoon- I was the only customer there. (Which is fine.). I needed dip powder removed and then had them redone. I keep my short but I do want them shaped nicely. For some reason my tech didn't shape them very well and they don't match shape from nail to nail or on both hands. (See pic). The actual nail polish itself is wavy- on ALL my nails. I've had them done plenty of times to know that you buff them down so they're smooth and not wavy. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I paid $40 and expected a $40 service. I'm brand new in town and will continue my search for a good nail salon. read more

Showed up at 5:45pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked. All the lights were on and the sign showed they were open. Figured I'd give a few minutes in case the closed for a potty break. I saw the gentleman walk back into the store but he ignored me completely. Don't advertise certain hours, then close over an hour early. read more

Service was nice but in the end my nails did NOT look anything close to what I had shown pictures of and asked for. Was disappointed in the results. While trying to continuously try and understand why it wasn't looking the way I had preferred, I was told several times that they basically knew what I wanted and was going to give me something "better". Ended up walking away with nails that didn't match the picture and $100 gone down the drain. Only thing I liked in comparison was the nice coffin shape. I rarely get my nails done, only for special occasions. I might have to start getting them done more often! I'm competing in the Miss Teen Alabama pageant this weekend (Nov 3-4) in Montgomery. I've had my nails done here before for photo shoots, and I've always loved the way they turn out, so I decided to come here to get them done for my actual competition. That was probably one of the smartest decisions I've made! I went in about 9:50 and left about 11:15. He took his time with each nail, and kept making sure I loved the way they looked, while also having a conversation. Most times whenever I go to get my nails done at other places, they don't spend as much time making sure it's perfect, or try to have conversation with me. They did a great job, they were really nice, I would recommend making an appointment, I think I got lucky walking in that day. I really liked my SNS set when I initially got it. However, I did not like the price. I'm used to paying about $35 for SNS but they charge $43. Also after only two days I noticed a crack in the polish on my middle finger (as pictured) and here it is not even a full two weeks and it has chipped off on my left middle and thumb finger. Between paying the overpriced amount and only getting a couple of days out of the set I am highly disappointed. I don't know if it's cheap products or what but I can't say I'll be back or refer anyone else. read more

I was seen immediately because there was only one other person in the room. However 10 seconds after I arrived two ladies entered after me. My pedicure was done fine, the lady is a little rough for my liking but she rushed through everything. I understand you have people waiting but they were told it would be a wait and decided to stay that should have no bearing on my treatment. For spending extra money on speciality services I should have been able to enjoy them. I will not return but in the future they should slow down!!! read more

Came here for the first time after searching for a nail place that could do current styles and shapes. I was seen immediately with no wait and everyone was very nice. I showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and they helped me find the right color and did exactly what I wanted. I have thin skin in the sides of my cuticles that usually slice easily during filing but he was very gentle and careful and I thankfully I left with no cuts!! Love my nails. My wife broke a nail just before we were leaving on vacation. She couldn't get into her regular place and obviously was distraught. She first tried another salon that we left a terrible review on because they did a horrible job all around, her nails looked bush league. This was such a bad experience, am not sure where to start. I took my daughters (had an appointment) for one pedi and three full-set gel manis. They took so many walk-ins during our appointment, it took four-and-a-half hours. They put on acrylics and tried to charge for gels. Two manicures had uneven lengths, incorrect colors for nail art details we paid for, excessive clipping that cut my youngest three times and drew blood. One mani was done with literally zero shaping - I could have done better job with glue-ons from Walmart- but the lengths were uneven. Worst of all, the husband and wife owner acted like they spoke minimal English, they didn't speak much, no smile - it was like an assembly line and it defeated the purpose of us having a relaxing family time with the rush and negative attitude. When I explained the above and asked for a price adjustment, the male tech spoke perfect English and initially refused. He then offered to remove the acrylics, and clipped the tips, scratched the nail surfaces, and told us to go home and soak them off ourselves. I would not trust my pet's nail clip to these folks. Worst customer service ever. Would give a zero if that were an option. read more

This is the worst service I have ever received. Very unprofessional in how they handled a complaint and how they carry themselves. I will attach a photo of how he "removed" the nails for us. Service was awful. They filed down my pinky so much it cut my finger tip. The owners wife took care of me and rushed through everything. My toenails messed up within 2 hours. When we called about it they said it was because I left too early. I stayed 30-45 min after they were painted before I left. They never told me to stay and wait longer while they dry. My nail beds were very messy when she painted them. She got irritated with me because her light device to dry nails didn't work. She went so fast trimming my nail beds that she cut me. Overall, terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I'm a faithful customer of Jeff & Tammy. Have been since I first tried them about 1.5 - 2yrs ago. I'd tried a couple other nail salons in the Huntsville-Madison area and hated the way they did it. Jeff & Tammy pay attention to detail, as well as the shape of YOUR nails, vs imposing some universal wide-paddle type nail. They can do really beautiful simple nails, really elaborate designs, and everything in between. I've done reg polish, gel, powder, ombre, stamp designs, rhinestones, short and long nails and never been disappointed. Not to mention their extensive color collection! Unmatched. Well their kids were running all over the place which made it a little noisy in there. The young man and one young lady was nice but my nails are absolutely horrible! My nails aren't completely filled in, the paint is old and chipped 6 hours after getting them done and she fuled my toe nails down to the skin... No please or impressed and I will be back to ask for a refund. read more
