BEWARE.... ....this is what I got when I asked for a basic fade. Got home, took a pic of the fade, and one side obviously looks worse than the other. It bothered me enough to go back and ask to get it fixed, especially since it cost me $30. After the second attempt, he told me he fixed it and said it looks better. I told him to please take a pic of the fade. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. What upsets me is that I've had great fades from other barbers in the past. Tom does an amazing job with my husband's so I decided to take my son there as well. For the first time I have found a place who did my sons hair exactly what I wanted it. I love that Tom is a no BS kinda guy. When he wants my son to sit still, he tells him "don't move!" in a firm way and for some magical reason my son listens. Some parents may think Tom is "too strict" with the kids but it definitely works for us. This is my go to place from now on! read more

This is the second time and the last time that I would go for A&T. The salon was dirty (he used the barber cape on you that was just took off from another customer a few seconds ago although there were several hanging on the wall. The comb too, it was just used on another customer head a few minutes ago. No dipping in cleaning solution between customers). I wonder how they could passed the inspection. Another problem is the stylist would not listen to what you wanted, but just did the way he wanted. Very arrogant. What an awful experience!!!! read more

Came to A&T because my husband has been happy with his haircuts by Tom. I was happy with the result -- I had long hair and had him cut it to a medium length. Tom works fast. But he was quite rough with the comb and snarls and pushing my head around. I also think it's silly to charge $3 extra for a woman's cut. So I probably will go elsewhere next time. read more

This is an update of how my nails looked like after 2 and half week. Still in excellent shape, can't peel off any of them even if I want to. And still get compliments everywhere I go !!! Just got a touch up on my hair color today as well as a haircut. Color: The other place I used to go to used a dye that would slightly burn my scalp every time I went. Here, there was no pain. Yeaa! Haircut: Tom cut my hair and I really like how it turned out. I have been bringing my two boys here too because both the stylists do a great job (we usually tell Tom and Abby to do whatever they want with the kids hair and it always turns out nice). Not a place to get a pedicure! They do not have a spa pedicure chair and they do not have half of the things to get a nice pedicure done. Okay manicure was done, but for the price going to a nail place would be better. The girl was very nice, but did not seem very experienced. read more

I've been getting my haircuts by Tom for at least the past 4 years now. I'm a girl with long thick hair, and I usually only get it cut like once or twice a year, and every time Tom does it for me I'm extremely satisfied. (Especially compared to the haircuts I used to get before going to Tom.) he actually respects when I say I want to keep my hair long and only want a trim (as opposed to other hairdressers that will just lop off a huge amount of hair without your consent). Easiest if you can speak some Chinese for the most clarity of communication, but he's a really great guy all around! Highly recommended! And did I mention that the price is great too? :) read more

Stopped into this salon quickly to get a pedicure before a trip. It was right down the street so I figured I'd give it a try. At $16 for a pedicure this place really isn't bad. Sure it's not fancy and there's no pedicure chair and they have a small polish selection but they bring out a little foot bath massager and sit you in front of a big flat screen tv. The girl that did my pedicure was very sweet and took her time with the cuticles and went over after she painted to clean it up. All in all I like this place especially for the price the only reason I gave them 4 stars is the lack of polish choices which is an easy fix. But if you are in the area and are looking for a good reasonably priced pedicure check this place out!!. They also told me they do hair waxing and facials which is nice to have just one place to go :) read more

This is excellent place for nail. The girl and others are super nice and welcome. I miss my train in Simi Valley. I spend hours in Their store.
